happy with are sofa set
happy with are sofa set. Used the assembly video - it did take longer because only 3/4 items had the sticker letters on. Perhaps it wold be better to fasten the stickers around the item so they do not fall off.

The order process was easy and the delivery was quick. The products them selves is very solid and well made. The price was excellent and we saved over £100 dealing directly with the company !! Thank you Techtak

Very poor service and product
Very poor. Bought a camping table which isn't faulty (apparently) but not fit for purpose as the top slides off the frame at slightest push. I raised this as soon as I got back from my two week trip, about 3 weeks after I ordered and they have refused to let me return it as it's outside the usual 14 day window. Asked to speak to some one to escalate the matter several times and just kept getting batted back. Very poor service, very poor product!

We regret that the camping table was not suitable and we do of course have a no-questions asked return period in the first 14 days.
Given that this item had been used over a two week camping trip and the return request was outside the return period, we were not able to accept the return.
Apologies for the situation.
Poor quality garden furniture set
The product was very poor quality however despite communication with customer services being limited to certain times of the day only, collection of the product and a full refund was dealt with efficiently

Hi Karen, thanks for your message. I'm sorry that you disliked the pattern of the rattan, but I am glad that the return process went smoothly.
Our business hours are posted on the website, phone hours are Mon - Thu: 8 - 10am and 1- 2pm Fri: 8 - 10am and our waiting times are on average less than two minutes, so hopefully it was easy to get through when you needed!

Very pleased with my purchase
Very pleased with my purchase, a good looking strong chair. Easy to assemble and comfortable. The only downside was not much communication regarding delivery.
