I love the furniture ,it is easy to build and sturdy and strong ,generous in size and I’m amazed at the quality for the price and free delivery and they sort out any minor problems really quickly ,I’m so glad I found this company and will certainly use them in the future ,.

Kept up to date well about delivery. Insect Blinds came well packaged and in one piece. However, I found the diagram only instructions a little confusing in parts especially where the handles and cord slip into grooves. A little text clearly describing each stage would make life easier. I also left the pull cord off for 2nd and 3rd blind as not really used. Overall, great product, no flies in the bedrooms and windows wide open. Bliss!!!

What a great experience with such a high level of professional customer service!! I have purchased a Tectake parasol through a third party and had this delivered with 3 missing parts. Because of my mistake not checking the third party company reviews, I struggled to be able to report this issue. I have reached out to Tectake to help me and sell me those three missing parts. They were really fast and professional with they reply informing me that they are sending me these missing parts free of charge and they will follow up with the third party company also 😮 what an unexpected kind action. THANK YOU SOO MUCH Tectake for your help! 🙏

Not delivered within 3-5 days as promised however Customer Services came good with an apology and recompense.
Can't fault the quality of the product which is solid and great value. Clear instructions make it simple to assemble.

Item turned up damaged but tectake had no issue at all replacing it, great service and would use them again.

Delivery was much slower than stated but goods were being delivered from Germany so I already thought delivery time of 3-5 work days was ambitious so this wasn't a problem for me. It was good that all 4 items were delivered together. Slight problem with reclining chair cable mechanism. Easily contacted Tectake and the issue was resolved very quickly by Thea. I would definitely use this company again.

The chair is in a permanent lying back position and the seat base is tilted up at the front, which is digging into the back of my thigh, causing an abrasion area. This all makes it a bit difficult for me to work at my computer comfortably. I wish I'd kept my old office chair now

Excellent communication with despatch information, however, goods arrived in badly torn packaging in several places on box. Luckily the product was not damaged.
Instructions (photos on instruction book) was not clear.

Pre-sale help was excellent : a response to my query was given fast. The product quality is beyond expectations for a very affordable price.
The fly roller blind is now in place .
Very satisfied!
