An order was placed was online on 31st…
An order was placed was online on 31st January and the delivery notes were that if the product was in stock then the order would be dispatched for next day delivery. If the product wasn't in stock there would be a ten day delay. I contacted Teknomat ten days after the order had been placed to query when the product would be delivered. Customer Services were helpful in investigating the delay and they got back to me the following day to say the estimated delivery date was 20th February, and there was no possibility of pushing this date forward. I am giving two stars because I am been pushed to leave a review for a purchase I have not yet received. I am not leaving a one star because whilst frustrating, it is just a matter of stock movements and lack of initial communication from Teknomek that is an issue.

I have looked at our current process we follow at Teknomek when a customer places an order on our Website. All our online orders require some internal intervention by our Customer Service Team, ensuring they receive the attention they require.
Whilst we illustrate a lead time on your order confirmation, this would be for all our own manufactured items that we don’t carry stock of. This is the point that our customer service team can advise you on the exact lead time when ordering items that are from us using other suppliers. I will add this check into our process until we can find an electronic solution.
I have put a further request into our supplier today to establish where your order is. They have reassured me your order has left Germany last week and they will have an estimated delivery date tomorrow. I will be in touch tomorrow with an exact date for you.
It is important that I keep communicating and I am pleased to hear that our customer service team were helpful when investigating.
Thank you for leaving an honest review.
Update: I can confirm your order will be with you no later than Thursday 20th February. If I can assist further please do let me know.

5 star's, There was a slight hitch at the beginning, But that's now on the mend Hopefully by the end of this month, With the original order still to be purchased, & excellent quality of workmanship/craft, I'll be doing business again with "Teknomek" 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Very disappointed.
The item that i ordered turned up broke. It took them over two weeks to get a replacement to me. That's after many phone calls and emails from me... That too was broken!..... Despite the lady on the phone telling me that she had checked it herself. It took another few day and more phone calls to eventually get the next replacement to me.
This is the shortened version of the events.....
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with Teknomek's service and the fact that they could send damaged items out twice on the trot.

It was great to speak with you today and I am pleased that the stool is now positioned in your production area.
I was very saddened that you received two stools and both had the poly top dislodged from the frame and I had taken 2 weeks to get your enquiry resolved. This really is not Teknomek' s standards. I was very keen on both deliveries to get your stool out to you. Finally organising the door to door delivery with a local company was to make sure that your stool arrived in person and it wasn't damaged. It was also my priority to get the damaged items back so our engineering and production team could diagnose the fault and cause.
I can reassure you there is now a SOP (Standard operating Process) in place of which has included additional training when making this item to avoid future faults of the same nature. I have also put further measures in place within my team avoiding processing delays. I do value your feedback this really does make a difference.
Again my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused, it was not acceptable for you to do all the calling. I would like to offer you a discount on your next order as by way of a further apology and the opportunity to restore some faith in our brand.
