I paid the annual membership and filled out the questionnaire and was told someone would contact me within 90 min. And I waited and no one contacted me or my backup number I’m really disappointed because I still have a soar throat and no meds

Horrible company charges monthly rates but when you need to refilled your prescription they don’t know when it was filled last even though they were the provider, no one speaks English so it is hard to communicate with them, terrible customer service no knowledge of what they are doing!

It was fairly easy. The person I spoke with was a bit rude and put off when I asked her to speak up, as I could barely hear her. She paused for a good 30 seconds, so I could tell she was annoyed. Ehen people use your service, they are sick! Try to be patient and understanding. Other that, You would have gotten a 5. The highest ranking.

Pure perfection

Although the medical professionals were extremely helpful and prompt,they will make their own decisions, diagnosis and prescriptions as it relates to your particular circumstance,it is still 10000 times better and more convenient than waiting in doctors office or medical room.

Obviously, when you don’t feel good, the last thing you feel like doing is going to the doctor. The process was super easy and simple and they had my antibiotics called in within an hour. Highly recommend!

Quick, painless and from the comfort of your home. No need to go out sick and wait for hours in an uncomfortable waiting room at an urgent care while you suffering from a relatively uncomplicated but quite painful issue like for example a massive respiratory infection, strep throat, sinus infection, laryngitis or uti . As a bonus, its more affordable than a urgent care too and pricing is all upfront. You can even do it via text if speaking is painful. Highly recommend

I gave the two stars because I normally get a decent doctor. But every time I use them, they try to double-charge me. Then it is always hard to get the money back from them. They send your call overseas to someone who barely speaks English. These companies should have to use American people on their help lines. It has gotten out of hand. And everyone wonders where our jobs went.

I was out of state and caught a nasty chest cold. I also was in between insurance companies so I found telmdfirst and once I signed up and completed the intake form, I was called in 2 hrs and they prescribed the meds I needed. Definitely a great service!

I would recommend you to all our friends and family. Very professional, kind and supportive in helping me refilling my prescriptions. It is hard now days when on a fixed income and just straight Medicare and services are fast.

OMG, out of town visiting my family and the worst pain hit my tooth, now I tried all the usual homemade tricks to no avail. A commercial came on about teladoc wasn't sure if it was real but to the rescue came Teladoc with the med sent to pharmacy just in time and pain is gone. It's real people 💯. Thank you so much
