No directions for the products I received. Basically, worthless to me. Should have known better, usually don't purchase these types of things for that very reason. You get it and it's like good luck to you figuring it out, was hoping this company would be different. my fault. buyer beware

Still have not been given a return…

Still have not been given a return number for product shipped twice. Billed twice but want to return something I don’t order. Did mention in previous correspondence this fact??

Perfect gift purchase

I purchased this for my boyfriend so he could use it for his real estate content and we’re so happy with it! I took advantage of the buy one get one bogo and bought 2 Bluetooth remotes as well so we both have them and love them. Super easy to put together and very user friendly. Love that you can pretty much put it anywhere! 10/10 recommend.

Sturdy so far

The arms are sturdy. Got to use some muscle to get them to bend and you have to get it straight to use suction cups. The suction cups are only good if you use at least 2 arms if not they will come off. Im just using it at a tripod currently thats it. The phone adapter could be studier as they feel flimsy when opening and closing. Overall good product

Ordered before Christmas 2024, recvd March 2025

I ordered 4 items in Dec. I received 2 past Christmas. It was meant for a christmas gift to a family member. The other 2 I only received in March! Nobody reach out to me to explain why. Very POOR customer service. AND I dont like the product at all. It's not really that useful as advertised.

One Tenikle was missing the screws!

One Tenikle was missing the screws, which prompted me to go to the hardware store and have the proprietor tool down two screws that fit. Other than that, the Tenikle I kept for myself and shared with family members have been a HIT!

Das Produkt ist ok. Die Bestellung lief über eine Werbeanzeige. Der Versand war zügig. Leider wurde die Bestellung in Euro ausgezeichnet und bezahlt. Die Originalrechnung kam mit der Bestellung in US$ und am Ende berechnete der Paketdienst noch die entstandenen Zollgebühren mit Bearbeitungsgebühren. Sehr schlechte Informationslage und illegal nach Eu-Gesetzen.

Followed directions but could not get…

Followed directions but could not get it to stick to anything in my car. I must be missing something. I thought it would be more flexible and smaller. I don’t think it is for me!!

Just to clarify, Tenikle’s suction cups are designed to work best on smooth, non-porous surfaces (like glass, mirrors, or glossy dashboards). Many car interiors have textured or matte finishes, which can make it tough for the suction cups to grip securely.

I am grateful for their quick and seamless response to my issue. I explained a very small issue with one of three of my Tenikle product and was offered swift replacement.

Handy paßt rein und die Beine lassen sich in alle Ecken biegen und festkrallen. Saugstabilität noch nicht ausgetestet. Aber : ich mußte Zoll bezahlen, da die Sendung aus Peru kam !!!! - Das hätte erwähnt werden müssen ! und es war keine Montage- oder Bedienungsanleitung dabei. - Na ja, youtube hilft

Nice but Delayed

In November ‘24 I ordered 6 Tenikles because of an offer from Tenikle - buy 3, get 3 free + 3 free remotes. I received the 6 Tenikles but no remotes. I notified Tenikle immediately, provided all documentation they requested, and was told they would be shipped right away. I sent multiple emails when I didn’t receive them after a month, 2 months, 3 months, and received responses about shortages, busy time of year, etc. I finally did receive the remotes - in March ‘25.
