Total dissapointment
What went wrong.. took nearly two months for.my order to.be shipped then when shipped only sent part of.thw order. Then on arrival found still had not sent complete order numerous message to try get sorted. Originally ordered in January and now end of March and still have not received complete order. Paid good money for dissapointing service. Would never purchase again or recommend to anyone to purchase

The customer service is non-existent
The customer service is non-existent. I ordered 16 for Christmas. Received a few before Christmas. They stick for only a few hours. If you stick them somewhere they will fall off overnight. I cancelled the balance of my orders via email many times but got no response. They send more product in January. Then I received a huge shipment mid march! When I received the email about more product coming, I said no. They said they could not drop the orders. The apologized for their failure to properly communicate. But there is no phone number and every email gets a dumbass “I’m out surfing” type email. I’ve never had any response to wsu the product sticks for less than 24 hours.

I purchased a tenikle in December
I purchased a tenikle in December, It was defective .I sent it back , I was sent me a wrong replacement item.I emailed back and forth , getting the run around the whole time.I asked for a refund and that was not given either .I didn’t get the correct item sent until I contacted my credit card company to dispute a claim , which at this point I didn’t even want to do business with your company .it took me from December 2024 to mid March 2025 to get what I actually ordered.

What a neat phone holder
What a neat phone holder. I have used it as a stand alone holder, a car mount and have hung it over a table edge. And…customer service from the Tenikle folks is outstanding.

Tenikle was able to resolve my issue regarding an extended shipping delay and I was very thankful they were accommodating and I did receive my desired product that works wonderfully.

Tenikle has the WORST customer service
Tenikle has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE. I returned the produced UNOPENED in Jan 2025. I sent them proof of return receipt including proof of delivery and they have REFUSED to refund me. I regularly receive one email saying they are investigating the matter and the other saying they have not received the item???!!! What KIND of a CUSTOMER FRAUD are they Perpetuating?

Worst. Experience. Ever.
Tenikle has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can get over the fact that the product did not work for me. What I am not able to move past is their zero-response effort in my quest for a refund. I kept the product that I opened and returned the rest on December 24. I provided the USPS tracking number and the information of the company's receipt of the product. I am still receiving an automated response that they have not received the product.

I paid for three replacement clips but only received one. I put in a request for the remainder of my order and though they said they would respond within one week…they never responded. Instead I am on their spam list. I don’t have time to keep calling and emailing so I guess I am just a sucker whom they scammed.

I placed an order and paid for two tenikles but only received one. Then the tenikle device would not stick on the dash of my car. Pretty worthless for me. Was really hoping this would work to hold my phone. I guess I could put it on the window but then blocks my view.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered from Canada. Waited for 3 weeks, then wrote them to cancel order, which they said they couldn't do. Received them, asked for a prepaid label to return-they said no. Referred to their policy and they still said no. Received $20 import tax from Fedex that I'm now stuck with and can't return product without paying to ship across borders

Warning!!! Don’t buy from this company!!! They are scammers!!
I ordered these early December for Christmas gifts. They were guaranteed to be delivered by Xmas. They did not come. I emailed multiple times to let them know I would like a refund as I had to go out and buy other gifts for the people I was going to gift them too. I didn’t need the twinkles anymore. They responded they would look into order. I heard nothing more. I emailed again. Nothing. March 3 I get a tracking email saying they are being delivered. Like WTF. Bad company!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!

No shipment! No product. Bad investment.
Zero stars. Same issue. Ordered in December. March I sent a request for refund, filed a credit card dispute. At which time they sent a shipment notification. Soo angry since I no longer wanted to support this scam. I wanted a refund. The company does not respect or listen to their customers!! Stay clear. Say no. If & when you ever get the product, their return policy sucks.

Do not order anything from them. I placed my order with Tenikle in early December and 3 months later I still did not receive my order. Followed up with them a few times and all they replied is that they will expedite my order and after that will go silence. They just wish that you will forget about your order. This is just cheating consumers. Totally unacceptable!

Wish I had come here before I ordered
Wish I had come here before I ordered. What a crap company. After opening a paypal dispute and actually communicating with tenikle about a refund, they went ahead and sent the order anyway. (3 months after I ordered it) Now I have to wait for it to arrive to return it for a refund.

Please don’t waste your money
I was so excited to get this product. I even got one for my son for Christmas, 2024. It’s really hard to use. It’s really hard to bend the arms and they only stick to surfaces for a little while and then fall off. I’m kind of embarrassed that I spent so much money on this ridiculous product. It looks so good in the video, but it just doesn’t work.

Totally useless!!
22/10/2024 - I am travelling and due to the 6 week delivery time (which I wasn’t notified of) the parcel arrived 9 weeks after I ordered it and I had moved on. Tenikle takes so long to answer emails they are no longer relevant by the time they respond. As I never received the first delivery after numerous emails Tenikle I contacted Tenikle for a refund. No refund but we’ll replace the item. Idid not want it but Tenikle would not give me a refund and I was told it had already been sent. This was totally untrue (emailed proof that it hadn’t been sent) Numerous emails later Tenikle said “no problems, we’ll refund you as soon as you receive it.” Said I had read emails that they would not refund goods outside USA. Tenikle advised that this was incorrect and to contact them once I received it. Three months after ordering it the phone holder finally arrived. Contacted Tenikle, couldn’t complete the return as I was overseas! Numerous emails ensued, no response.
I definitely don’t recommend this company. They are totally unreliable and lie to you.
27/05/2025 -Tenikle's response that they requested further information is utter nonsense! Tenikle did not even respond to my review untilseven months after I posted it. Lol!
