Bad customer service, never received order
Bad customer service. Takes days to answer emails and you have to follow up the whole time. I ordered mine two months ago, still not here. “Apologies for any delays” ??? - Give me back my money or send me my product

This Company is a scam. they keep advertising but do not send any product. I ordered and paid 4 weeks ago and have had no reply to repeated requests for a progress report.
Shipping sucks still waiting after a month.
Shipping sucks still waiting for a month now and counting. Emailed them to cancel the order but no response. This is a big mistake.
Worst customer service response ever
Worst customer service response ever. They never responded after numerous emails. No phone to contact them. And, I ordered 2 weeks ago and finally just got a notice, they might be shipping my order. Horrible experience with a company! I would give zero stars if I could. This is just a review for their customer service, which did I say enough....it's horrible!

Never received product that I paid $180 for
Never received product that I paid $180 for. I received a survey saying they were out of stock of the different colors and if I wanted to switch my colors to all black to be able to receive in time for Christmas. Fine whatever, color isn't a big deal. Fast forward to Christmas and no order. Email to customer service gets a cookie cutter reply with no follow through. I was so excited to support this guy after seeing him on shark tank but all he wants is your money. Doesn't care about product/customer support. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total joke.
Poor/Non Existent Customer Service
Ordered aTenikle PRO which included a free shutter remote. I paid for an Add On -which was supposed to be Tenikle Dot Adapters. Did not receive the Dot Adapters. Emailed their customer service and received a canned response stating I would hear back within 24-72 hours. So, notified customer service 12/14,
canned response received 12/14. Received a response today 12/25. Gee, much longer than the 24-72 hr window they claimed I would hear from them in. And, when they did reply they wanted a photograph of everything I received in the shipment. A shipment that was slow getting here in the first place. Originally ordered 11/30, ship date was 12/7, received 12/14. This company’s customer service is a train wreck. No contact phone number. I would never purchase from them again and would not recommend them.

Guaranteed before Christmas delivery doni order for 8 people. Not showing up until after now. WORTHLESS and DECEITFUL in order to get sales!
Time to process order…
It took them 8 days from the time they took my order and my money to ship the order. Maybe that backing from Shark Tank did not help them at all. Will never purchase again!
Scammers
Ordered 8 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I've been charged full amount. No customer service to speak of, no response, no updates other than "wait longer." Like others, I strongly advise you not to order from these scammers. I hope they go out of business soon. Never buying any shark "yank" products again.
Customer service is non-existent
Placed order on 1 Dec 2024 as a Christmas gift. Got shipping notification on 6 Dec 2024. Since then, no movement on package, still awaiting pick up as of today per USPS tracking number. Numerous emails with "customer service" starting 13 Dec 2024 have yielded nothing more than canned cut & paste responses. No answer as to why it has not shipped. No info on when it might ship, just "We wanted to assure you that your item is on its way" and garbage about "unexpected delays" and "beyond our control", "Please be assured that we are actively monitoring your order". Only phone number I could find has an unidentified voice mail. Am going to contact my credit card company and contest the charge, and now have to go shopping at the last minute.
Another scam company
This company is not reachable. Once they receive your money there's no number to call and their emails appear to go to space as there's no reply. The tracking link in my receipt email shows the item has not been packed and shipped 2 weeks after making the order.
Save yourselves some dissatisfaction, unwanted stress, loss of time and money amd don't order.
I trusted 'shark tank' and 'Tenikle'. 100% Dissapointment and dissatisfaction 👎
Terrible customer service
The product is okay. Does what it say it does, but the customer service is not good and shipping takes forever. If you want your tenikle quick, too bad. It took close to a month to receive mine. I ordered 4 of them so I could get the free bluetooth remote and when they finally arrived, there was no remote. The packing list showed it was included, but it wasn't. I reached out to customer service and filed a claim, but they rejected it. Didn't say why, just that it was rejected. Based on my experience, I would buy a similar product somewhere else. It's wild to me that with so many similar products out there, customer service wouldn't make the issue right.
Didn't receive
Same as everyone else, ordered a 3 pack at the begining of November &, after 3 weeks, it hadn't even been shipped yet. I asked them to refund me as I wouldn't receive in time for Christmas. Still waiting on that refund!
In 6 weeks package has travelled 168 miles/ 270 km
I order my 2 x Tenikle's 1st Nov.
I still have not received. While I understand it may take a good while to get to Australia via a Ship...It looks like the delivery according to tracking has in the 6 weeks gone from Peru, Indiana USA to Elk Grove Illinois USA. That is a total of 168 mile (2hrs/ 50 minutes) so looks like it has not even left the USA yet.
They did eventually reply to an email...

Like another, I purchased 6 Tenikle for Christmas and was to receive 3 remotes free. Crickets to my first email. My second email was responded with, send photos, which I did. Crickets! However, since my purchase I have received 25 sales emails! 25!!! I ordered in November. I sent first email immediately. Responded to the "send photo" mail immediately. But no resolution.I sent my 3rd Emil to them tonight. So frustrated! Who is this and why would Shark Tank promote?!😡
False Advertising
I ordered 2 tenikles for my kids as part of their Xmas gifts. They were supposed to come with remotes if you ordered within a timeframe. I ordered and paid immediately. They came but without remotes. I reached out. They responded asking for a picture of the packages. I sent right away. Crickets. No response. No remotes. NADA. An email acknowledging my photos would have been professional & courteous. Clearly they know absolutely nothing about customer service. Why promise what you can’t deliver. No one likes being lied to and scammed. Is this false advertising ? Or is it just a very disorganized and unprofessional company?

I would give it a zero if I could for the worst - absolutely worst - customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered tenikles for Christmas presents and had a couple remote shutter fobs in my order. They said they were in the shipment but they were not. I had to send them pictures of what I received. Seriously! I sent pix of items, box, packaging etc. There is no phone number and email is automated. The one email response I did receive was pretty much " we are helping others and will get back to me - it's been a week and a half! They have my money and still missing the two fobs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! A real company would have this resolved in 5 minutes. Disgusting that they treat customers this way!
Do yourself a favor and do not order…
Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. They ship partial and half or none of their orders and then when they don't meet a deadline they take their time sending and replacing it and then you have to pay for the postage to get it to final destination. They're difficult to reach to correct problems.
This company has horrible customer service and do not care about people after they get their money. Period 😭find another company to support.
