Ordered beginning of November and now it's going to be December and got nothing!!!!!!
It hasn't even left the States yet!!!!
Also getting bombarded with advertising emails!!!!!!
Avoid this company.

Ordered a Tenikle on 14 Nov 24, the item has not left USA on 28 Nov 24. No Phone number of firm. Emailed them twice and even though they said they would respond within 72 hours - No Response. This is a Christmas present and I doubt I will receive it in UK in time

This items deserves no stars. The cups do not work regardless of following company's instructions, and the phone holder is weak and doesn't hold the phone. All claimed capabilities weren't put into my Tenikle. LASTLY, when you pay $40 for BOGO, they only give you credit for one item, because you can't return the 2nd item after it's open, so even though you can't use it or gift it, your purchase is discounted by 50% Why would anyone give this company one star? IMO, the owner had to know this invention didn't work, but had a plan on how to make some money - off the BOGO scheme. I may be back for a second review if I don't get $20 of my $40 back.

I just ordered a product from Tenikle and at the last minute I was overcharged. I can't any response from customer service- I was never given an order number and yet my credit card was charged. Horrible service do not buy

- they don't accept international returns. So, their 30 days return policy is rubbish outside of US
- poor quality. I haven't seen that poor quality product for a long time. Remember that founder claimed that it's original cost is 6$? There's no miracle that's it's pretty bad.
- it's heavy and bulky. Forget to take it on a hike or budget trip without luggage. It will occupy decent parts of your allowed hand luggage.
- it's very hard to set up as legs are very stiff.

Worst 50 pounds I ever spent. Not recommended.

Ordered 3 Tenikle 360's. BIG MISTAKE!!! When they came, I opened one of them and it ABSOLUTELY would NOT BEND in order to wrap it around ANYthing as advertised in their video! I have tried for 3 weeks now to return it and they have only replied to my emails one time. They asked me to send a photo...that is was part of their return process. I immediately did and have NEVER gotten another response from them!! There is NO phone #! Do NOT bother ordering this product! It is TOTALLY unusable and a TOTAL waste of money! I stupidly ordered 3 instead of just 1 thinking that I could give two of them as Christmas gifts. I will be throwing these in the trash and just lost nearly $90! A HORRIBLE company!!!

Although shipping was a bit longer than expected, Tenikle was great at communicating with me and kept me in the loop about things. I understand that there can be bumps in the road when you are a small business but I am happy to support a great man like Hans! Will definitely buy again for Christmas!

Prediction: This “Shark Tank” company will go belly up soon.
Placed an order on the 15th (a full 18 days before item is needed) tracking number created a few days after order and it still hasn’t shipped over 12 days later.
No phone number to call. Only an email and they say they will respond to email within 24-72 hours but that never happened. I’m trying to cancel the order since it will not arrive on time but can’t get a response from the company.
Disputed charges with my form of payment, now it’s a waiting game.
Please do not waste your time and money on this janky company.
Now I no longer trust ANY Shark Tank company!
In the future before placing an order I will check to see if the company has a phone number.
No phone number, don’t trust, don’t order!

I ordered with a buy one get one free offer, I emailed to check as my receipt only showed one and they denied me the offer and told me they would cancel my order (I requested this if the offer wasn’t given), only to be sent it anyway, which wasn’t worth the £15 shipping for one item. I now have a product which isn’t as structurally sturdy as it advertises, and cost me a ridiculous amount for only one item. I don’t rate the company at all, if you’re advertising a product as buy one get one free you should honour that. I’ll be sure to let people know this company’s reputation and trickery.. word of mouth is the best advertising a company can have and they’re doing well to make sure it’s negative.

wow, so disappointing. zero customer service response. shipment was 3 weeks after I ordered and came after Xmas. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. it is made sturdy, for sure, but THE SUCTION CUPS LOOSE SUCK VERY SOON. having (too much) faith, I stuck my iPad mini on it and after about 5 minutes it fell and BROKE. now it won't shut off and the Apple Store can't fix it, I'd have to buy a new one. meh. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
