That Pitch makes me feel like I am actually going somewhere with my music. In less than two months, I have gained 42 placements over 7 tracks. I'm thrilled about this!

Not much feedback on my specific tracks. No way of knowing how big a pile of music a mudic supervisor or other has to dig through to hear me. Seems like I will never be chosen. Currently 30 tracks. Have 70 more to list but volume may not be the issue. Just not sure this is worth it.

It takes you to the onboard video and nowhere else. No way to go anywhere on the site (Is there actually a site!?!) and I've tried three different browser formats. Nata. Just some dude talking in a video.

And when I told them that my PRO was not on the list, they said no problem, no need to change the data again.
I registered 130 songs but every 3 hours the song has been successfully selected, it doesn't make sense

Sync licensing and placements can often be a frustrating and ambiguous road, and one of the reasons I've been able to stick it out and keep pursuing it is because of That Pitch. Anytime I've had a chance to connect with the founder, Mark, he's been able to power up and inspire me by seeing his tenacious passion for getting artists great opportunities. Seeing that drive brings me confidence to make great music and have it be placed in equally great spaces. It's also worth noting that I've never had a negative customer service experience with That Pitch, as things are always transparent and proactive when a problem arises.

I've been a customer of ThatPitch since 2021. Sync licensing was new to me, and I had a huge knowledge gap entering that part of the industry. Enter, ThatPitch, which makes it unbelievably easy for you to pitch and place tracks internationally. Everything TP offered made my music life easier, but particularly that they do all of the work that I didn't want to do. I simply wanted to create. To date, I've had 122 library placements for 33 tracks. My first buyer was Soundstripe who continued to buy tracks and seemingly place them well. Happy to be collecting royalties with a strong foot in the door of this part of the industry! Excited to be a customer for many years going forward.

Spent years cold-emailing music libraries trying to get my catalog in front of supervisors. Most of the time I'd get a "thanks, we'll keep it on file" and that was the end of it lol
Met Mark years ago, signed up for TP, linked my Spotify, picked the tracks I wanted to push, done. A few weeks later I started seeing ACTUAL placements roll in. my project giiø is now in a stupid number of library catalogs I'd never have cracked going direct.

That Pitch was a lifesaver for me when breaking into sync! After years of trying to chip away at the industry and make my own connections online, That Pitch was my first path to making actual money. What I thought was going to be some nice extra cash for placing music with online content creators turned into actual recurring income from BMI. My little side hustle of making instrumental music has ended up making me over $100,000 after a few years and I am still seeing steady royalties on tracks that I placed 5+ years ago! I have over 1000 hits on Tunesat! (Discovery & The Travel channel LOVE me :-D ) As a full time music creator, this has been invaluable.
THE CAVEATS:
1. It's a LONG game- money starts coming in later than you expect, but from my experience, once it does- it keeps coming.
2. Not everyone makes good- or more accurately- useful music. TP is just a vehicle like any other. Sometimes people just don't make quality stuff and blame it on "the system". I see this in every aspect of the music business.
3. Subscriptions. It is what it is. Nothing is free but I have honestly paid more for plugin packages that I never ended up using. I see it as a shortcut to building relationships. It would take years to get these kinds of connections, an honestly if you have them you wouldn't need any service like this anyway.
All that being said- I highly recommend That Pitch as a path for people who make quality music to get their tracks working for them- in the hands of the people who can use it.

So, the band has actually been placed in shows before. We have music in MTV’s The Real World Franchise! Very cool, but also that’s our only placement. I wish I could say that Mark and his team have galvanized the sync corner of this band’s business strategy, but my story is actually a little more humble than that. Our music has been sitting online through various music distribution companies since 2012, and it’s been a pleasure to have that music out there for fans to listen to and enjoy; but we weren’t really putting it to work the way we needed to go full-time. Not out of laziness or lack of passion, but more of a lack of direction and larger vision.

Sure enough, as things go, one of us went back to school, one of us had a kid and moved, I myself am in college again to finally get a degree. Here I am, some years later, and our discography is just *sitting there*. I looked at That Pitch and decided, why not, it couldn’t *hurt* to put our stuff out there.

I revived the comms between members, got the tracks approved and imported using their Auto feature (incredibly useful, builds out the metadata and pulls tracks in at the click of a button), and went on with life.

One placement within an hour or so. Six placements by the morning. It’s been about a week and we have 12 placements across “17 tracks” (10, I still need to get 7 uploaded). I’m incredibly optimistic about the future of our sync licensing, and in the meantime this has been a galvanizing force in my life. I picked my guitar back up, I’ve tuned my drum heads, I’m thinking about my songwriting in a way that I haven’t in years. The band isn’t on hiatus anymore; we’re actively discussing collaboration again and pulling out the toolkit.

To be frank, I owe that all to Mark being the momentum in our musical lives, and I owe a debt of gratitude to the team that is making That Pitch work for us. Absolutely wild turn of events, and I’m excited for the future in a way that I just wasn’t before. Big ups to the platform, I cannot be more emphatic about this. Keep up the amazing work.

Honestly, the sync world is such a maze and it’s hard to know who or what to trust when it comes to seeking legitimate opportunities. That Pitch is a complete breath of fresh air especially In an industry where a lot of opportunities for independent artist aren't with they appear to be.

The platform is actually simple and easy to use. I haven't had a single issue with them, which is rare. If you're an artist or producer looking for legit opportunities you should definitely check them out. It’s easily one of my favorite tools right now.

An awesome resource and opportunity to earn money on your music if you have a long game mindset and are not too provincial over your creativity. It won’t be your biggest gig right away, but time, it could change your life. At least your “mail box money” life!
As a writer/ producer, there are so many random creations sitting on my hard drive that because they don’t fit the moment for me, never see the light of day. That might not be the case for hundreds of other moments. The sync world sometimes seems amorphous and hard to break into. That pitch gives you the chance to build a catalog over time, or perhaps immediately with all your creations, that’s accessed by some of the world biggest music supervisors who might have moments ripe for what you disregarded. Not to mention the consistent briefs give you insight into what supervisors are looking for so that you can tailor your creations if commercial/ sync viability is your game! Mark and the Team are incredibly thorough, enthusiastic, transparent, and working constantly to expand the reach of That Pitch’s library so there is more money and opportunities for more and more creators. Also, they’re great humans, and the community is full of people like you who wanna make music their life and help you make yours. I love That Pitch and am proud to be amongst the flock

Honestly didn’t expect much. Signed up kind of on a whim after seeing it mentioned on Reddit ppl got syncs with it. Two weeks later tons of my tracks in libraries. I’ve been making music for 10+ years and never gotten this much momentum in sync before. Wow. Kind of wild that this is what finally did it. Took me no time at all to get my entire discog in TP (it’s kind of magic but you just click your Spotify profile), and off to the races. The team is cool. Mark seems genuine and guides you the whole way. Overall A+ so far!

That pitch has made it super easy for me to focus on the thing I really care about: making music. I was a little stressed about exactly how to get into sync before I heard about them, but after joining and submitting some of my material I realized how much of a breeze the whole process can really be. I’ve been using that pitch for a few years now and just wanted to share the love I have for what they do!

That Pitch has made the sync pitching world feel wayyyy less overwhelming and honestly so much more accessible for artists and producers. The platform is super easy to use, organized, and saves an insane amount of time compared to trying to pitch music manually (not fun! I’ve tried it! Haha.)

Mark and the entire A&R team have also been incredibly helpful, transparent, and responsive throughout the whole process, which makes a huge difference in an industry that can usually feel confusing and hard to navigate.

Really great experience overall and definitely something I’ve already recommended to a bunch of my friends in music. In the past 3 days I’ve had 13 of my songs accepted into 16 libraries. Absolutely nuts. This has literally saved me years of time.

Tbh I find emailing and pitching pretty awkward and I’ve heard that’s the only way in sync.

Not anymore! Haha. Super easy and I feel a lot more comfortable pursuing this part of music now.
