We done two viewings on one property with Tom and had an offer accepted by the vendors.

During the viewings Tom was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Tom represents the vendors of the properties being sold however Tom struck up a rapport with us as buyers and made us feel comfortable during the viewing and offer process. Not all estate agents do that, relying on the buyers simply liking the property and they just act as a middle man.

I would definitely recommend Tom as an estate agent for anyone looking to sale there home.

THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Michael has been excellent from the moment we sent an enquiry on one of the properties he is selling. He promptly responded and got us a viewing the very next day. We found Michael was very knowledgeable on the property and surrounding area, and we both found him extremely welcoming. He has kept us in the loop since we put an offer in on the property, and is helping the process along very well.

I can highly recommend Michael Mason at The Agency UK, he has been thorough and helpful all the way through our sale and purchase. Dealing with one person that handles all the communication between ourselves and sellers and purchaser has been invaluable. Rather than dealing with a number of different people Michael ensures that he is the one port of call. He is very available so queries are answered quickly and efficiently. Michael has dealt with all the viewings, we did not have to be present in the house. Michael has dealt with all of the photography and even retaken photos on a more sunny day to ensure maximum impact. He has always been approachable and friendly ensuring we were comfortable and happy at every point in the process. His personable attitude combined with his knowledge and professionalism has really impressed us and has been a refreshing change from the multi person large High St agency experience. What really stood out was the personal touch they brought to the process, something you don’t always experience. They took the time to understand our needs and made us feel genuinely supported rather than just another transaction.

Carol Gunn is not your normal estate agent. She is one of a kind. She is knowledgeable, personable, she was determined to sell our property. She made our sales process as easy as possible. She gave guidance on how to best showcase our house and handled most of the viewings. In fact, we were on holiday when she sold our house.
