TheAlchemistsCupboard's Flavour Concentrates
Hi , ordered a few different concentrated flavours . the "Flavour Apprentice" bottles plastic screw top seals were broken which was disconcerting . apart from that the service was good .haven't tried yet due to steeping the fluid . the Alchemist's replied if it was "more than 1 he'd be concerned" .well 3out of 3 ( TFA 10ml bottles with hard interlocking seals that couldn't be accidently broken ) . draw your own conclusions .

Hi Richard, Thank you for your recent order and 4* review. I am sorry to hear you had concerns over seals being broken. One is not unusual as these can be over tightened in production very easily, which can break the seal, but we do/should check upon dispatch. But to have more than one does concern me. I can assure you this would be nothing more than an bottling malfunction but please do email - admin@thealcehmistscupboard.co.uk where we would be more than happy to rectify this for you.

Great customer service
I ordered some juices and a pack of syringes, my order arrived the next day and the syringes were missing. I emailed the customer service team and received a call and an apology the next day. They sent me my missing items as promised. It was nice actually to talk to someone rather than just exchanging emails

Alchemists own brand are amazing eliquids
Fast delivery and great flavours. Would recommend steeping your liquids for at least 2 weeks but when you have to use them now (like I did) they are still good, and can only get better as you keep it left in the bottle. They do recommend 4 weeks steeping on the bottle. Luckily I got 5 bottles of 250ml shots , so using 1 of the 5 and leaving the rest to steep into next year.
Can't thank you enough Alchemists cupboard, the ginger bread latte is my Xmas vape and the house smells like a bakery!
My next order will be made earlier to allow for more time steeping.
