Hello Paul, I am sorry to hear you experienced delays in receiving your recent order with RM. The delays are like we have never seen in 10 years of business. In defence, We have been warning of this on our Newsletters and also added the option for DPD to store, in early November! You would have been presented with the option for DPD on store when you checked out. I feel this review is slightly unfair due to it be being based on your selection at checkout and us doing everything to warn and offer an alternative. Still, we hope to see you back in our cupboard soon, and hope that the DPD option is used to deliver a better service. The Alchemist

Eliquid concentrates
I ordered and received my eliquid concentrates and Pg/Vg liquids as usual. The quality of the goods received is fantastic and the delivery speed excellent (despite living in the Scottish Highlands). The prices charged are very competitive, I have yet to find cheaper. Look forward to my next order!

Great marketing, poor product.
Took a week to arrive on 48hr delivery however that may be due to Royal Mail strikes. Poorly packaged & there had been some leakage, bottles & labels look cheap like they’ve been made in my mates bedroom, juice has a chemical taste, nothing like the flavour it’s trying to be, quite unpleasant actually, photos, promo & marketing are great but sadly the product is poor.

Hello Craig, I have tried calling you this morning as i would like to get this sorted for you. I'm concerned about the leakage and being poorly packed. Regarding the flavour - having purchased 10 bottles, i would have thought that you would have tried this before buying 10 bottles? More than happy to discuss this and again help rectify over the phone. Regarding the labels and bottles comment of 'looking like they have been made in your friend's bedroom' we have been established for over 10 years, yeah, we may not offer the best looking or most up to date labelling, but it is compliant, we try to concentrate on what's inside. Using UK pharmaceutical grade compounds & sourcing the highest grade, regulated flavourings is what counts to us! I look forward speaking with you and getting this resolved for you, just like any of our better-looking friends would, if not better than they would, because we are a small family run independent business and not just clever marketers or label designers. Hello David, Apologies once again regarding this. My account manager was on holiday last week and we couldn't find out why it was being delayed. Having spoken to her this morning, she has refunded the postage on this, to which i have just refunded the 525 points back to your account for next time. DPD is still very new to us, and we are still getting to grips with the running of it. Our A/M did also say they were experiencing very high levels of parcels due to strikes elsewhere. Once again, really sorry, but i hope the refund of postage is satisfactory resolution to the problems you encountered. Hopefully next time it will be much smoother. Kind Regards - The Alchemist

TAC is the best 👍🏻
I’ve used TAC for years. I’ve never had any issues with them in fact, when an item of my order had gone out of stock, they rang to ask if I would accept the concentrate in different sized bottles. They’ve so much choice & their delivery is the best. I won’t shop anywhere else for my flavours.

So pleased I found this flavour vendor. No more messing around. I’m using the stuff to flavour nicotine for vaping, but interesting to see it can also be used for food. Hmm. Nice one alchemist!

Purchased the "The natural range"…
Purchased the "The natural range" flavours did not taste natural at all. Extremely weak-tasting flavours (even though I diluted them at 15%. unfortunately paid premium prices for these flavour concentrates (10%+ more than I usually pay for much better flavours). Paid extra for 24 hour delivery took 4 days to arrive.
I'm pretty convinced the reviews they put on their website are heavily moderated because this range had ONLY 5 star reviews which was the reason I was convinced to buy them. emailed them 3 days ago with this complaint and haven't heard back.
EDIT: a customer service representative spoke to me, gave me good advice and fixed my problems. Changing to a good review due to the good customer service I received.
