The Bed Crafters Opiniões

Excellent service from start to finish.
I checked out a few outlets for beds before I chose The Bed Crafters, not one off the other companies picked the phone up ( There loss ) but when I rang The Bed Crafters they picked the phone up straight away and the gentleman I spoke to answered all my questions about ordering, discount code & delivery.
They send updates on your delivery once your order has been shipped even up to the last hour before it arrives, with 2 man delivery and put into the room I requested, very polite delivery men.
The packaging is very good and the quality of the Bed is excellent, what a great experience from a quality Bed maker. I would recommend you check out this company and just give them a call and see for yourself what a great choice you have made.Thank you for an awesome service and a great Bed.

Just wanted to leave a review because I genuinely had a great experience. Bought a super king bed and from start to finish it was really straightforward. The customer service was brilliant — any questions I had were answered quickly and the whole process felt easy.
The bed arrived and honestly I was really pleased when I saw it in person. It's solid, well made and looks exactly as described. No complaints at all — you can just tell it's good quality the moment you see it.
Really happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Nice to have such a smooth experience!

Absolutely exceptional. Brilliant service. Delivery was very quick and bed was beyond my expectations. Would without a doubt use this company again and very happy with the service and product provided.

Beautiful Quality Bed and Mattress. Communication and Customer service was impeccable.

Excellent. The bed we received was absolutely beautiful. Excellent communication and very quick turnaround. Excellent customer service and they even sent out a video for the build instructions. Definitely A* service

Excellent website made it simple to select options based on choice of bed. After purchasing a reinforced divan and headboard I emailed the company with a request. I’d been let down by an online company a few weeks back and had been without a bed during that time so wanted to see if anything could be done about delivery times. One of the owners phoned me up to help me out with an earlier delivery. Delivery was then on time and the bed and headboard look great and feels very sturdy. Was a good price too with a human touch on customer interaction; would definitely recommend.

Good customer service and great beds bought two Florida beds, small double and single and they’re superb 👌🏾 would recommend

Exceptional service start to finish. I found out about the bed crafters just browsing beds on eBay and so glad it did. The team are so helpful, cannot do enough for you! I was even messaging them at 9/10pm one night and they were straight back with helpful responses. Communication is exceptional and they really do go above and beyond. I ordered one bed, then changed my mind and the team phoned me the next day and arranged the change with no problems whatsoever! The delivery was prompt and even offered to assemble the bed. The bed itself is INCREDIBLE such amazing quality and the mattress is like sleep on a cloud! It’s beautiful! Thank you so much! Would recommend to anyone, a very trustworthy company.
