The Bed Crafters Opiniões

I came across The Bed Crafters purely by chance and I’m so glad I did. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Excellent interaction with the customer- ringing to confirm my order and then again to let me know delivery date. Finally ringing again to check I was happy with my purchase.
A small family business that is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent communication and delivery, value for money

From the moment the fabric samples arrived, our experience with The Bed Crafters has been flawless. A personal call to confirm the details, a delivery date set on the spot, and just one week later, our custom-made bed was here. Seamless service, clear communication, and updates right up to arrival. So impressed. 👌🏻✨

Absolutely stunning bed for my little ones bedroom. Amazing quality and craftsmanship and the bed arrived very quickly. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

The customer service has been excellent!
From discussing fabric types, colours & sending free swatches so I could make my bed choice.

Our beds are not due to arrive until 5th February, if they’re anything like their customer service, I’m expecting great quality! Thank you!

Quality bed, fast delivery and great customer service! Definitely recommend

Fantastic service and communication. Very helpful and I was given great advice!
The delivery was a dream, the driver called when he was an hour away which was very convenient. The superking ottoman box looks amazing!

Good customer service. The team in Dewsbury contacted me on a couple of occasions to confirm what I had ordered and double and triple checking on some things to ensure there would be no surprises upon delivery. It was handy to be able to customise the bed divans with regards to material, style, colour, storage, etc. This type of customisation is not offered by many bed suppliers and resellers in the UK. Order turnaround was far quicker than expected with the divans delivered within approximately a week of placing the order. They deliver their own products so there is no third party involved and this results in more seamless communication between the business, delivery driver(s) and customers. Overall was a fairly slick experience and offering a level of customer service we are not used to getting in the UK. More importantly, I am more than happy that this is a local UK business. You may not get the premium quality of beds you'll find in premium hotel chains, but you will get solid products and good customer service at very reasonable prices (prices you may find hard to compete with).

Beautiful ottoman box - I love it, excellent quality, very well made and really good price. Delivery was even quicker than they quoted on website and communication was great, they called to ensure I made the correct order and to confirm best delivery date. Highly recommend.

Another gorgeous bed delivered customer service is outstanding very helpful and prices are really good I would highly recommend

Beautiful bed, cant fault this company in any way great from start to finish so helpful and reassuring with making the order, nothing was too much for them, would 100% recommend to any one if u thinking about making a purchase then u definitely wont be disappointed

Beautiful Bed (third bought in 3 months) so that speaks volumes! Excellent communication from ordering to delivery which is always spot on time cannot recommend highly enough

The customer service was fantastic. The product was exactly what we wanted. We are very grateful.

What an excellent company, from sending a swatch to finished bed and delivery. Our new bed is beautifully made and ordered and delivered within a week. A very nice gentleman rang with confirmation and delivery info. The delivery guys were most helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company and the service they provide.

Exellent service delivery rite through to the after care a1 all around.
Bed quality and headboard and the price unmatched thanks mate.

Incredible fast delivery, super communication and very good quality of mye purchased bed.

The customer service is A1!! I recently had a great experience with Bed Craft when purchasing a new bed. I made a mistake with the delivery address, but the team was quick to rectify the issue and make sure my bed was delivered to the correct location. They were very understanding of my full-time work schedule and went above and beyond to accommodate a weekend delivery for me.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend bed craft. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you Bed Craft for your exceptional service!

Excellent service I ordered online unsure about the company as I have never heard of them before. On the same day I ordered I received a call from them offering delivery within 4 days when it’s usually 10-14 days. They were able to deliver convenience to me on a Sunday. Bed came on-time they answered all questions that I queried efficiently and nothing was too much to ask. Bed was a good price and of good quality. Would use them again

I can't recommend this company enough. We've had the bed for about a month now and the whole experience with them was first class from beginning to end and the quality of the product far exceeds the cost. We live in a part of Devon which is slightly out of the way and The Bed Crafters went above and beyond what would be expected to ensure we got the quickly. Will be using them again the next time we need a bed.

Honestly can’t thank these guys enough!!
The bed was exactly what I wanted, amazing communication, quick delivery and quick fitting it. Thank you so much.. highly recommend everyone :)
