when it comes to the end of a lease the service was terrible

Efficient, friendly and helpful
My questions were answered in a clear and friendly manner, by the manager I spoke to. Once I had explained my preferences for a new lease different options were explored whilst I was on the phone. Once I had settled on a lease, I was guided through the next stage. I appreciated this as it saved time and made navigating the online forms much easier. Later the same day I spoke with a delivery administrator who was equally helpful.

Callum Hunt was absolutely extraordinary!
We had a problem with 2 vans that we almost had to return and i can't thank enough to Callum for his help and professionalism. There was nothing else he could do more to help us because he did everything , he worked 120% to sort our problems and spared me so much stress.
Every company needs to have someone like Callum and i really hope he gets a promotion or something to appreciate his value as an employee.
