Fantastic experience today and excellent customer service in the newly refurbished store in for a look around and with a tentative ask to see if they had a replacement part for my Pinarello dogma x. It was an obscure part but they managed to find me one and were absolutely great .
Friendly , approachable and knowledgeable . Don't be put off going in tk have a look around their incredible bikes just because of the price tags . The orivakedged few may be able to buy them new, many others may access their bikes through the second hand market but they are things of beauty and the team in the store were great. Many thanks

rude, obnoxious and aggressive - I will never go back

Order sent from Cape Town South Africa for delivery at hotel in London where I was staying. Order not received and on telephonic follow up I was told the order was on hold as possible fraud! The money was taken from my account and received but nobody tried to contact me by phone or email to say the goods were not being delivered. I was given a refund but not surprisingly lost money on the exchange rate differential! An absolute disgrace that they never contacted me to confirm the order particularly as they had my contact telephone number and email address! I will never ever use them again and unsurprisingly are advising all friends to avoid them!!!

I have purchased a number of items from the bike lounge. The products it stocks, the ease of transaction, delivery and after sales is all very good.
