We’re really sorry the delivery timing let things down and disrupted your plans, especially at such a busy time of year. While we do everything we can to keep deliveries on track, peak festive periods can sometimes throw a spanner in the works - but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating, and we completely appreciate the inconvenience it caused (having to do an emergency cheese shop is never ideal!).
