DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE!!!!! Ordered 5 cube for around £830, only ended up using 3.3 cube, waited over 6 weeks to get my refund which I was expecting around £280 and they sent me £93 back, they failed to mention on the phone that if I didn't use the full 5 cube then the price would dramatically increase, literally robbed me!!

Never use them again
I was very annoyed that 2 hours after making it very clear I could only have an afternoon delivery, booking it and paying for it, they rang me back and tried to bully me into accepting a morning delivery. They threatened to charge me extra for a different delivery day, or charge me if I cancelled the order. I will never use them again.

Completey dissatisfaction this company…
Completey dissatisfaction this company is not a concrete company it’s just a franchise and pass the work to other concrete plants said they would be there at 3pm when taking my money once ide paid then said it would between 3&5 didn’t turn up until 10 past 5 lads had gone home driver said tip it on road because he was late I said no and he left
I have told many people to stay away from this company the concrete company that came gave me there number to go directly in the future

HORRENDOUS
Probably the worst firm i have ever worked with. extremely rude and unprofessional staff on the phone. Ordered 11 cubic meters then on the day required 7 meters more. Phoned up on the morning to add additional meterage was told this isnt a problem and money taken straight from my account. The 11 meters turned up, we poured it to find out that they wasnt sending the extra 7 meters. I had paid for a pump for the day to which the rude woman on the phone said we will send it in the morning and you will have to push wheel barrows.
Will never use again and would stay well clear.

Awful. Would not recommend
Promised the concrete on Friday 19th. When it didn't arrive during that slot. I called them 5-6 times in the afternoon. Each time getting a different story. I was told I would get the concrete and pump by 4.30. Builder had to leave so called them at 4.20 to see if they could re deliver on Monday morning. Which they said yes! Concrete obviously wasn’t on its way at all. They turned up Monday morning.. the lorry ‘broke’ half way through the pour so we had to ring and arrange another lorry quickly! They did get another. They made a mess all over the road and up the side of my house. As well as all over my garden. Without apologising or helping clean up.

If there was a zero that's what I would…
If there was a zero that's what I would of put, rip off, booked someone in that didn't turn up. So rang this company they asked me who didn't turn up so I told them, they sent someone out. Only the same man that didn't turn up. And to top it off it cost me over £200 more.

11 days on and still no refund
Different and confusing advice given on how long I had to offload cement mix. Overcharged by £82.80 due to admin error (these things happen) and 11 days on I'm still waiting for my refund despite chasing them frequently..... It takes seconds to make a payment, why does it take 11 days+ to obtain a refund?

Although the delivery was a little late just 20 minutes the driver was most helpful and the concrete was excellent.

I ordered through a local number
I ordered concrete through a local number with no idea it was a national set up, the order was paid in advance, I had a phone call the evening before telling me to ensure I had enough people available, the time I was allowed per ton to pour and confirming a time slot of 8 to 10am. I had 3 men on site waiting until 10 25am no concrete, I phoned to be told that there was an issue and eventually at 12 noon was told the ticket wasn't picked up but it was now sorted and on its way and would be within the hour it finally arrived at 1 30pm delivered by Wright mini mix who I could have phoned and used direct for a £200 less so no not good I'm afraid.

DO NOT USE. Ordered concrete and never turned up, no way to contact on the Saturday as office is closed. No communication with site contact. wasted money on labour now they want to charge me to cancel my order as THEY didnt turn up.

We ordered concrete for a job, our money was taken as soon as we gave bank details, 3 hours later had a call from The Concrete Network saying the concrete we had ordered was going to have to be delivered on a tipper lorry as there was no spare concrete lorries, wet concrete can not be delivered on a tipper.
We said you will have to change to a time when the concrete company you are using has a concrete lorry, they refused took all our money £698.64 and will not give it back, after call for two days we keep being put on hold no one will call back so now we will have to take them to court for our money

We ordered mix on site concrete, so you pay for what you use, yet we didn't use any but still charged us for full load, customer service is useless and disgusting, didn't want to help or know. Never again will we use these. Stay away from this company!!!!

Was told the delivery would be on a volumetric so made allowances to transport the concrete with a dumper, drum mixer turns up and we don’t have the height to load the skip, definitely won’t use you again 🤡

Terrible
Terrible! the concrete came and there wasn't enough on board leaving a job unfinished with the driver trying to tell me he had loaded 10 meters on board but his gauge was showing 11.5 meters, totally ripped off! They're at It!
The measurements were checked by three different builders with almost 100 years of experience between them followed by checking on a concrete calculator
Called Concrete network twice with them telling me a manager would call back but no return phone call.
Stay away!
