Terrible experience. Owner is rude and they have double standards. Don’t stick by there word and cancel orders….

Would have preferred not to do this as I like to support local tcg shops but the owner is terrible…

I have made multiple purchases from Dice Dungeon over the past year or so, each time Ben has been wonderful and very helpful, all packages were delivered within the delivery timeframe and all items were well packaged. Any questions I had about payment of products were answered within 24 hours. I had one issue of an additional order being placed and upon bringing it to Bens attention, it was rectified within minutes. With how easy it was to resolve and how quickly it was fixed, it only strengthened my confidence in Ben and Dice Dungeon.
