The dice themselves are lovely

The dice themselves are lovely, though I did expect them to be heavier but that was my own misunderstanding. My problem was that I received a €26.97 fee upon the packet's arrival. My understanding was that I had already paid international delivery and so to incur another fee upon arrival was not great.

Unfortunately we cannot control import fees you have incurred, of individual countries. These are charged by each countries government paid directly to them. It’s a shame to receive a 3* review for something completely out of our hands!

Do not purchase anything from them

Do not purchase anything from them. Charging scalper prices for pokemon cards and they threaten to ban you when asking for order cancellation. 👎👎👎

They accused me of using a bot which I clearly did not and also sent them a screenshot of me making the purchase on my phone’s Chrome browser.

Thank you for your review.

I can see you are still upset after we advised your account was banned after being identified using a bot to purchases on our website. Automated purchasing is strictly against our terms of service, and accounts engaging in this behaviour are removed.

Our store policy is very simple: we prioritise genuine collectors and customers purchasing manually at RRP, not automated tools designed to sweep up stock for resale.

The Dice Dungeon has actively implemented measures to combat this behaviour, including our loyalty scheme introduced with the release of Destined Rivals. This system was specifically designed to give regular customers fair access to products at RRP rather than allowing bots to clear out new releases.

Just amazing start to finish

Just amazing start to finish. I love the lottery system implemented that gives people a chance to buy product at RRP. Even when you don’t win, you feel everything was fair which is much better than missing out on all the drops elsewhere from scalpers and bots.
Had 3 orders now and all arrived in good time, tracked and well packaged. I especially appreciate the layer of bubble wrap around the Pokemon etb as I like to collected sealed and singles.
Just a great store, ran by someone who truly cares about the community.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, delivery is always quick, as expected and well packaged. Ben is a top guy too (owner), service is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality dice

I bought 2 sets of D&D dice for a gift both were excellent quality and had beautiful coloured inlays. One set was on sale so was extremely good value.
Speedy delivery and great communication. Will definitely be using this company again.
