Damaged items sent, 3 etbs very badly damaged and with half the seal off so unsure what happened, refused a refund even after I offered to send them back as they were. Bad experience

Ordered a Japanese Pokemon Battle Partners boosters box - well packaged, delivery came when it said it would, very satisfied :) at a really great price too, £5 cheaper than any other website that was selling it! Will be coming back here :)

There was a mistake made for the mystery dice bag not providing one of the dice but after messaging support they delivered a quick and satisfactory response of sending a new mystery bag.

Said free shipping for an order over a certain price, but my order was held by postal service because the shipping fee wasn't paid, and I had to pay it myself.
