Unusual and attractive present - large gold die - was very well received

The dice are stunning! The storage roll is really good quality too. My son was delighted with them. Well packaged, quick delivery. 5 star service!!

Based on the reply below to my initial review, I have amended my review to 4*. Dice Dungeon have acknowledged there were issues with my order, apologised for those issues, and gone out of their way to make things right - I don't think anyone can ask for more than that.I would feel comfortable recommending the service to people on the basis of how this has been resolved and also the experiences of the vast majority who have had a great buying experience with The Dice Dungeon.

Wrong dice were sent initially which was disappointing. I ordered them on a Sunday as I wanted to give them to one of my players the following weekend.

I reported the issue immediately on the Wednesday in the hope that they would be able to expedite a package with the correct dice in time. The team replied over 24 hours later on Thursday evening to say they'd send the dice in Friday's post. It is now a week later from when I reported the issue and I still haven't received the correct dice.

It is a 1* from me as I believe they could have at least sent the replacement dice on next day delivery given it was a mistake on their end, and then I might still have received them on time. I'm sure the dice will be nice when they get here, but I'm afraid I can't recommend this company based on my experience.

Costly metal tin was dented.

I love my dice, I put them in a special area to not damage them;)

Not the fault of the company, but although the package was dropped off at Post Office on 02nd of April for delivery, it disappeared off tracking until 10th and was finally delivered 12th.

Package did arrive intact and happy with my purchase, just disappointed took so long to arrive.

Dice arrived on time and as pictured! No complaints!

Paid for delivery and it came 2 weeks late. Ps. I emailed you on 11th and by surprise it came 3 days later. I suspect it wasn't Royal mail fault. And I never got any response to my email. Very poor communication. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

The dice are great, I had an issue with one missing and they instantly sent out a replacement with no fuss

Ordered was told it was sent but wasn’t handed to Royal Mail. Had to cancel and get a refund as the order was too late for my game. Really disappointing

The dice I recieved are amazing, by themselves I would deffinetly give this a five star review.
I have but one suggestion; I'm used to (if the prices are in €) assuming that this is the final price I will pay for the product. As it stands the UK left EU and of course on top of the price paid on the webside (based on the conversion rate I pressume with UK tax) I also had to pay my own country tax of 22 % of the purchase. Which is a heafty price. I know this is in my domain to keep track, but I would like there to be a reminder that additional taxes might apply. Maybe even remove UK tax if it's not relevant.

I have a very happy boy, the dice where perfect, and arrived on time.
