Firmware issue on solar system.

I had an issue with the installation of a firmware update that corrupted my solar system. After several hours of research and attempts to correct the problem, I was pointed in the direction of this company.
After giving a brief description of the issue, I was reassured by staff there (Jacob and Callum) that it was fixable and put forward helpful suggestions.
After several email exchanges and a download of an important file supplied by them, my problem was resolved.
Thanks to them, my system now functions as it should. Without their assistance, I would probably still be scratching my head.
Highly recommended.
