As a result, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes despite being there before her. The behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unnecessary.

I understand this was one individual, but employees representing a company in public should still behave professionally and respectfully. If this is reflective of the attitude shown toward others, it does not leave a good impression of the company.

Lewis bates was a great lecturer and very knowledgeable

I was in the second group to complete the MLP course. In those 6 months you saw the facilities grow, the net zero house being completed. Overall the facilities are the best you could have, the lecturers and Carolyn are amazing and invest in you.

The specific brand/product rooms are informative as well. The links the academy has with industry leaders like Ideal, Worcester, Connex etc is a bonus, you get an insight and access to their products while getting your qualifications. The renewables section which is a bonus add on gives you that extra security for a career as a gas engineer.

Overall the experience was a positive one and I feel we were given a more one to one platform to learning. The team are there to help you grow and offer support whatever path you choose after becoming qualified as well.

I have had the pleasure of working in and with the staff and trainers at the Energy Training Academy. They have been nothing short of exceptional since we have had our delegates from Ocotpus Energy Services go there for training. The staff are extremely accomidating, friendly and approachable which makes your experience relaxed and enjoyable.

They offer vast training programmes with multiple facilities in the academy.

The academy itself its a great size, many training rooms with a hands on experience.

I was most impressed with the full house (as in a real house) that's been built inside with the display of all the Energy solutions / training they offer.

I recently carried out an ASHP course at The Energy Training Academy which was a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the staff/tutors who were knowledgeable, friendly and very well organised, to the state of the art facilities they have in place, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a future or up-skilling within the industry.

Excellent place. Their Net Zero home actually opens your eyes to what is achievable in modern society. From a Fridge/Freezer that you can watch U Tube on ( unbelievable but true) to infra red heating in the bedroom. Their tutors are so knowledgeable and all the staff are super friendly.

Top quality training provided and a great facility who welcome people of all ages. Recently opened a net zero home which showcases sustainable living. All staff are friendly and very knowledgable.
