Was very helpful and patient with my last minute booking to Punta Cana. I had 2 grandkids aged 4 and couldn't get a direct flight. Leo found me flight and accommodation for overnight. He was very informative and quick to reply. He emailed all the details and informed me about all the documents I needed. He even messaged me after I returned to
