This is a genuine review. I have been a customer since October 2022 and the communication, service, delivery and (most importantly!) the food, have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, the response time is fast and they will go out of their way to help you. Suz in particular is so kind and so helpul. The food is delivered bang on time with helpful email and text alert updates and arrives fresh and has been kept cold. The food is made with fresh, good quality ingredients, full of taste and flavour no corners cut. This company has helped me regain control of my health. Thankyou.

What an enjoyable experience. I decided to try the chilli beef. So easy to prep and so delicious. Full of flavour and goodness. This has taken my eating in to a whole new level. Highly recommended and fabulous choice.

Been a happy client for a while now as I embarked on a strict calorie/macro-counting regime, but I already know I’ll continue with The Good Prep after my current cut. The meals are healthy and delicious, and totally hassle free (literally 4’ in the microwave, done). But equally important, the customer support team are very friendly, helpful and super responsive. They helped me accommodate my specific requirements according to my strict plan and always offer more support. Highly recommended.

I have tried several services like this. It's is one of two best ones. While for now I have switched to an alternative, if I'll be looking for some change, I will definitely go back to The Good Prep.

Sarah was brilliant to work with - very attentive, quick response times and TGP really went above and beyond for our team during their competition. The best reviews about food quality, flavour etc. are usually no reviews from the athletes we support (meaning they are happy!), but even better this time the feedback was apparent and positive.

It can be challenging to find quick, convenient options that are flavoursome but also support the recovery needs of competing athletes. We're looking forward to utilising TGP in future to fuel our performance needs!

First class restaurant quality food and delivery service! I have been using Good Prep meals to support my fitness regime with Ultimate Performance and the are in the same level - ie super league - of product. Wide variety of foods, macros and styles of dishes. Great value too.

So impressed with this company so far. I’ve tried tonnes of food prep companies but these guys seem to have thought of everything. Delicious food, 2 deliveries a week, so much choice, decent portions and a reasonable price.

Just what I was searching for!

I’m really impressed by the good prep. The meals are nutritionally well balanced and all the ones I’ve tried so far are also very tasty and of a decent size. Like others on here, I’m also trying foods I would have otherwise overlooked, and I’ve enjoyed them all. 👍👌

Definitely recommend these meals, there are numerous food choices which have all been delicious.
Such is the quality I've tried dishes which normally I'd overlook but given the standard they've changed my opinion on certain foods.
For healthy balanced meals they are a fantastic provider

The tastiest meal prep I’ve ever had!
I don’t usually enjoy meal prep because it can be quite boring but the variety from the good prep has never failed to disappoint me. I work 14 hour days so its ideal for me!

Some of the most tastiest meals I’ve ever eaten, I can’t believe how low calorie they are too!!

Made my life so easy knowing I have tasty meals at home and helping me stick to my diet and hit my protein!

I have really enjoyed The Good Food Prep! All the food tastes really fresh and the portions sizes are decent. This is the perfect solution to keep me on plan with my nutrition.

Amazing food! Tastes good and loving the fact that the kcal aren’t that high which leaves room for snacks. Which is always a plus. I have been provided variety which is always nice. I would highly recommend these guys!
