Excellent communication, packaging, and reliability. Best UK seller there is!

First time I have used this company, excellent, will use again!

Haven't purchased for a while but glad to snap up Beetlejuice (the last one I think). Always first class packing and posting plus a personal note.

Great communication from Lee, the package was well sealed and wrapped like it was bomb proof, delivery was quick.

Great communication very friendly happy with the customer service would highly recommend 😀

Best seller in the uk..I don’t get my figures from anywhere else..bullet proof packing..top communication..buy with 100% confidence.

I've ordered a few Hot Toys from TGTBATR now and the service has been excellent every time. The figures are dispatched promptly and are well packaged. Highly recommended.

The best 1/6 figure seller in the UK. Can’t fault them

Absolutely wonderful service. Good, payment options. My emails were answered quickly and friendly. I really couldn’t be happier with my experience. Great fun geeky shop name too 👍😃

Fantastic communication, quality service, delivered quickly, all round great business! Thank you Lee 🤘🏻

Competitive prices, excellent communication and bulletproof packaging

Having visited the site previously having been given excellent word of mouth advice...I have never ordered from Lee before. The world of Hot Toys etc was new to me, but with my sons birthday coming up and a wish list in hand, I reached out to Lee late one evening asking if there were any Supermen still in stock and simply waited till the next morning, but no he got back to me straight away, despite being nearly the early hours of the morning. A few friendly back and forths via email, warm and engaging, I was ordering from the site the next morning. Easy, hassle free, great follow up email at a fantastic non inflated price. The figure was in my house two days later. This is what customer service should be like. Will definitely be ordering from the site again.

Service from Lee is always fantastic - always well packaged and sent quickly. Great communication. Best seller in UK for import collectables.

No problems, fast delivery and great prices for UK

Ordering from Lee at TGTB&TR is always a pleasure. Friendly, always ready to respond to queries on Facebook and always ensures a great purchasing experience

From ordering to delivery, everything has been exceptional from Lee. Even when quality issues arose before Christmas, items were quickly shipped back to HK and returned in good time on the back of his hard work. Now my go to company for hot toys/ In-art.

Excellent service, great communication, never been let down.

First class service, a pleasure to do business with!

Dealing with Lee is a joy - questions answered promptly/politely, items always well packaged and his prices are terrific. Thanks as always.

Great company! They are the best Hot Toys provider in the UK. Far cheaper than Forbidden Planet. Really pleased with the purchase.
