Due to the change of travel regulation for Covid Tests, I had to cancel my pre-departure test. Kara could not have been more helpful and she refunded that element instantly. She also confirmed that my day 2 PCR test would proceed as booked.

If possible I would have given 0 stars. I waited 5 days for a result of Day2 PCR test - had to isolate for 5 days, which obviously cause a lot of disruption.
When I contacted Health Hub I was told that they won’t refund me as they are not responsible for that.

Overall it was good and I've used the Health Hub before and you're very reliable. The PCR tests for Day2 were fine and posted (although 4 days later we still dont have the results and we leave the UK tomorrow so a bit of a waste of money, though its a government requirement so nothing to do with the Health Hub). For the Rapid Test, it was just a little more difficult this time because, we were given a 30 digit number and not 16. I asked for help and had to then got a link to open a new account...fill in a form, send a request etc...(Madalina was very helpful online for the yesterday). Then today, the website live camera didnt work - my laptop it was on...but i couldnt see myself so didnt know if i was filming right or not...so then Rhianna was very helpful online today. And suggested i do it on the mobile phone, but then i had to transfer it and load it that way (also it was too heavy so i had to edit the video on my phone and load it again...). In the end it all worked.

The person that answered my email was really helpful and so nice. Thanks for all the support and help.

I was looking for a day 2 COVID test for our return to the UK after a holiday and was recommended Health Hub by a colleague who had used them in the past and I was not disappointed. The online portal was so simple, my order was placed in minutes and the product shipped on time. I had to contact the helpline on New Years Day to double check our booking ref and I got through straight away and spoke to a lady called Madalina who was super helpful and gave me the info i needed in seconds. I cant recommend these guys highly enough... there are a lot of scammers in the COVID test market... these guys are not one of them - they were great from start to finish... and reasonably priced too!

Excellent service and quick turnaround of results and reports.

I had to contact the staff at The Health Hub to query an order which I didn't think that I had made. I did it on an email. The reply was swift and very helpful. It turned out to be my mistake. My query and the response was dealt with by Madalina who was very helpful and professional. The matter was resolved. I am very grateful.

I had the day 2 Covid test with the Health hub. The booking was bit confusing but quick replays on chat helped to answer all my questions. The test by itself went smooth and I was notified about results with a text and an email even before the theoretical time.

Quick and prompt solution to my flight delayed

The Health Hub provide an excellent service including despatch of kits, speed of test result return etc., but also excellent Customer Support, including Rhianna today, being professional, courteous and friendly in sorting my issue of not always receiving system generated emails which they promptly forwarded to me manually.

I received great customer support today from Madalina when my fit to fly certificate had not been published despite having recieved a result. She was great and very helpful!

Rihanna gave outstanding service Excellent

As the tracking codes were handwritten on the PCR test boxes which I took a picture off, I was unable to interpret and use the tracking function of the website effectively. I escalated via Customer Services this evening online and Rhianna was able to provide me with the correct tracking codes so there's full visibility and traceability of the test process.

I had a great customer experience from Madalina, she followed up to try and sort my issue which she did not have to do great customer service!

Rhianna went the extra mile to assist us with a rather stressful situation with test certificates for which we are extremely grateful.

I had not received my confirmation email and when I emailed with the query I was impressed by the speed of reply and efficiency of dealing with my query which was resolved immediately by Paulina
