Charlotte was extremely helpful in searching and identifying places that suited our needs. We ended up in a lovely hotel in Tenerife which was perfect! Charlotte spoke to the hotel prior to our visit and ensured the room we had was on the top floor reducing any noise which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend Charlotte she was excellent!!

Anita, organised a 5* luxury 5 day break for myself & my sister in January 2024!
We were craving a luxury all inclusive deal in the Gulf, to start the New Year.

Anita’s service was warm, friendly, professional & she went way beyond with all the finer details.

From organising and negotiating a great package, resort, private transfers to check ins, we felt totally at ease & pampered even before the holiday started.

The resort was incredible, food was just Divine & their customer service was a stellar middle eastern hospitality.

We can’t thank Anita enough for making our break so memorable & executing a brilliant break in Bahrain.

Josie was amazing when helping me book my holiday. She found the best hotel and location with all the information I had provided. No question was too much and Josie replied quickly with everything I needed to know. Josie also advised me of trips in the area and she would also book them if I wanted to go. Amazing service that took the stress out of planning a holiday. Josie even checked in on us during our holiday to make sure everything was ok. Our holiday was just what we asked for and I will be using Josie again for our next holiday in August. Great service!

We had a fantastic experience, we have now booked two holidays with Gemma, with a third booked for 2025. Yes I could do it myself but Gemma takes away all that worry and stress, Gemma goes that extra mile which we truly appreciate. Wow! Such an amazing and easy way to book a dream holiday! Jo Curtis was exceptional and kept me updated through every step of the booking. She went above and beyond and took all the stress out of what hotel, what location etc! I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family and can’t thank her enough for getting us the best hotel within our budget that met all the needs of my family. We have just booked our honeymoon to Dubai then on to Mauritius. Laura jas been exceptional!

Carrie had already been recommended so we had no
hesitation in contacting her to arrange our holiday of a lifetime to New Zealand. From the start she made the planning process very easy and came up with ideas to make the holiday even more special by suggesting breaking up the long journey with a short holiday in Bali on the way to New Zealand and on the return journey a 2 day break in Sydney and a further 2 days in Singapore. She worked very hard to make sure our very hectic holiday was right for us which involved 6 flights altogether and she even checked us in on each flight which really helped. Pri helped us book a holiday to Tenerife recently. We had a few requirements before we travelled that Pri was able to assist with. This was all done very quickly and we travelled with no outstanding issues. When we checked into our room we were met with a lovely note from Pri and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

My Partner and I were looking for a LGBT friendly country for a winter sun Holiday and Britt organize a 3 day stop over in Bangkok and then 7 days in Krabi Thailand.

Priyanka organised a 10 year anniversary trip to Cape Town for my wife and I, and was brilliant. She was responsive and very helpful with our queries, and we had a fantastic time. Would recommend!
