What a wonderful way to travel! Josie provided an amazing service, with plenty of options that were exactly what we were looking for. I was a last minute holiday .Andrea organised very quickly . Found a fabulous hotel with a sea view .she was fantastic she was so helpful going above and beyond . I’d like to thank Joanna for organising an amazing ski trip for me and my family. She provided us with lots of different options and we finally selected the hotel in Saalbach-Hinteglemm in Austria.

Joanna is super proactive and really makes an effort to understand our needs and provides lots of different options. The whole experience was seamless and Exceptional.

We will most definitely be using The Holiday Fixer again for future trips!

Gemma took our brief for our first family trip to Paris and ran with it. We wanted a mini break so that we could introduce our children to the city.

Gemma suggested a great hotel in a brilliant location, close to transport links and family friendly accommodation, organised transport that suited our timetable and meant the children weren't too tired. She suggested various itineraries and sent us articles on things to see and do - particularly useful when visiting in February!

I cant recommend Gemma highly enough. Want a stress free holiday - look no further.

100% recommend Carrie to everyone. We hadn't been on holiday since before covid, so this was our first time trying to find a family holiday suitable for 2 young children. We tried looking ourselves and became stuck on where the location as well as hotel.
After reaching out to Carrie, she asked what our musts were, what we thought we wanted, anything which was a deal breaker, and our budget to then come back with 3 options. The options were provided in a very professional and clear layout and Carrie isn't at all pushy.
We went forward with one of the options (we've just come back and it really hit the spot!), and Carrie was so helpful through the booking/payment and providing more information when it was required.
A fantastic service that we will absolutely be using again. Carrie takes the effort and stress out of finding a holiday, and provides so much more than just finding and booking the holiday. I was close to giving up on finding a holiday, so am so glad I found Carrie!

I would like to recommend Joanna who helped us with a multi destination holiday to the Maldives, Australia, and Dubai. She took all the stress and worry away, with her knowledge, advice and arranging everything. There was never any worry as I knew Joanna was always contactable. A big thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Britt organised our honeymoon to the Maldives and just recently a trip to South Africa & safari. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she has so much knowledge and experience to give amazing advice on destinations and where and when to book. The whole process is made simple and easy as she takes all of the stress and admin out of organising a holiday. All we did was tell her what we wanted and she did the rest! I can not recommend Laura fisher enough. I told her where I wanted to go and what price range we had in mind. She came to our house did all her homework before she came. Got us the best hotel and a complimentary pass to another hotel booked our seats on plane really pleased got us best deal didn’t have to think of nothing she did everything for us very professional new exactly what we wanted can’t recommend Laura enough and she got us lovely gift through post truly amazing thanks so much Laura can’t wait to be next holiday with you x😘

Gemma did the best job at finding us the PERFECT family holiday! Everything was brilliant, from the organisation of flights, hotel selection, which suited us with a young family. From night flights with extra leg room and bed for the baby, to a lovely family hotel with so much for us as a family, but didn't feel busy, and the hotel staff were all great with the kids!
we didn't even need to leave the resort if we didn't want to!
Thank you for the bottle of wine on arrival and booking up any requests we had, I had a lovely 30th birthday dinner on the beach!

I can't recommend Carrie enough. She takes time to listen to what exactly you want from your holiday and then goes out of her way to find you your perfect holiday. She is always on hand to answer any questions. We have just come back from a magical trip to Lapland. We had an amazing holiday. Before speaking to Carrie I was finding the whole experience quite overwhelming trying to find the perfect trip. After getting in contact with Carrie she made the whole process so much easier and we ended out with the perfect trip. Thank you Carrie we will definitely be using you again.

We recently used Carrie for our trip to Disneyland Paris with friends and she made life so easy for us, all we did was give her the dates we wanted to go and she took care of everything. Gemma was once again amazing. Catering for a large group with different ideals she put together our perfect package of fun and luxury that matched our budget in Ibiza. Every detail catered for and Gemma checked in with us every step of the way to make sure things were on track and to see if she could be of any assistance. It all went like clockwork and was everything g we hoped. Was so reassuring to know Gemma was there whenever we may have needed. Will definitely avail of her services again.
