Still haven't received my order inspite of paying for express delivery.

This is a scam website. Please be aware. They don't deliver books. They are a fraud company

They sell duplicate pirated books downloaded from the internet. The binding quality is terrible — the hardcover started coming off as soon as I opened it, and it’s so tight that it’s hard to even open the book comfortably.
Even if you try to ignore that and decide to read it anyway, the printed text is so small that you’ll lose interest and give up soon.
In my case, I ordered a specific edition, but they sent a different version. Later, they even changed the product image and refused to issue a refund.

This seems like a scam. I had Ordered 8 books and paid online. There is no response from them and the parcel apparently is yet to be picked up from the origins. They don’t respond to mails, not to the WhatsApp messages.

The quality is very good and the LED are bright also I like how it’s painted as it’s show in the anime very good thank you

Didn’t even respond to my support emails and queries, why would you even ask for a feedback.

There is no update to the delivery of my order.

The book package was given carefully. The email responses are slow. Plus my bookmarks and stickers and gifts had not be handed with book. Overall,service is food as well as book quality

I had ordered Demon Slayer manga set with book marks. The product advertised in their social media ads and on their website is misleading compared to what I have received. They are running scam. The product I got was a reproduction and completely riddled with printing errors. The quality of the paper is extremely bad. They advertise original product but ship reproductions of really cheap quality. Do not buy from this store. You will be scammed.

Unfortunately didn't deliver complete order of my books..I did my best to get the missing one but no luck...no response from them ...not at all..

This site is a pure scam. They post videos on their insta page which were not made by them to bait you into ordering books from their site which they don't even deliver and show the same status as yet to be picked. I tried reaching them on whatsapp to which they gave a vague reply which they didn't keep and now I'm finding it difficult to cancel and initiate a refund.

Buying from the Indian Bookstore was the worst experience in online book-buying so far. It was a SCAM.

Their website listed a hardcover edition of a book. The order took longer than mentioned to be delivered. And when I received the book, I was shocked to see a crassly produced pirated version of the book. Why crass? The pages were falling out, the endpapers were cheap and hastily glued, not to mention torn, and the typeface was haphazard.

I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and Instagram, and after several messages they replied saying ‘return and refund are not possible for quality issues’ and ‘this is the quality you get for the price you paid’. It was a gravely unprofessional response. It sounded like they consciously sell pirated copies.

I visited their Instagram page and could see quite a few of the books they advertise there were pirated copies.

So, book-lovers, beware. Don’t fall for this DAYLIGHT SCAM.

It's been 3 months I haven't received my order I tried contacting them and they replied also but they said that my order is in RTO I have to pay extra money to get at my home

SCAM ALERT- These people are using a fake books website to rob people. I paid Rs 598/- but have received nothing. Do not buy anything from them but shop on reliable websites like Amazon and Flipkart

I want return my order and they don't have any option like that and on top of that they aren't replying.

Ordered a box set of Solo Leveling. Books are of bad quality, print is horrifying and blurry.
Wrote to them on WhatsApp and Gmail to return this, had to practically beg for mere acknowledgement and even then I still haven't got a satisfactory response. I'm just going to sell the books to the newspaper guy at this point. Will never order from here again.

Till now I have not clue where is my manga plz update me overall ur price is best rather than other platform but delivery is bad which u prefer to do dhl service

Looks like a scam. Ordered 2 books 15 days ago, no progress. No one responding on email, instagram or whatsapp. Avoid at all cost
