They are fake. My order was placed on the 23rd and they canceled it on the 27th without even informing me. They don't respond and don't care about client service. You might fall into situations where you will ask for a refund. I'm waiting for their response on email, WhatsApp, and Instagram. If I don't receive a response, I will report them to cybercrime and the consumer court. Please be aware and do not fall under such scam. Please note if you chase them multiple times and keep on committing on there instagram account they will block you, your money and everything is gone, please report there instagram, Facebook and YouTube account so no one fall for it.

I have ordered four books on the website on 18.09.2025 on the website. After doing payment, it was visible on the screen that confirmation order details will be sent to Mobile No. . But till today I did not get any confirmation order, also tried to contact via email as well as via Whats app (Mobile No) available on the website but till to today not been responded. I think the website is full of suckers besides at the back end. Not at all trust-able at all.

I didn't get the confirmation of my orders nor are they responding to any of my messages

I ordered a book on 15.8.25 and paid Rs 430/ by Google pay (upi id 559305325228) Despite many remimders, I have not received the book yet.
I advice other customers not to fall in their trap and lose money

I ordered a 'Thick Labubu colouring book with 30+ pages for 279rs including shipping on 31/8/25 Order no. 22087 for my daughter. But when i received it today, it had only 8 pages in it. A totally different cheap product they sent. The book didn't cost even 50rs in market. Very very bad. It's a SCAM. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

The book Quality is not that good but the packaging needs to be improved i have recieved the book in a not so good condition

Nothing wrong. The Indian Book Stores stood true to its reputation of prompt and quality delivery.

They delayed the package but once they got the stock, it was fast and they kept me updated via WhatsApp. If they continue to provide this kind of service, will love to continue buying from them.

The books received in very good conditions, I would love to finish and look for more soon.

My order didn't came at my house and anyone didn't contact me

the book is third copy not readable the is just a photo copy wo bhi ache se nahi kiya

It's been 10 days since my order been confirmed and I have not yet received it, even the tracking link never updates and stuck on 'in transit' my sister is trying to reach you out but you have not yet told anything about my delivery.

I had placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order worth ₹279, but the delivery person took ₹300 from me. This is clearly overcharging, and it’s not acceptable.

COD means paying exactly what was shown in the invoice, not extra. I'm disappointed with this lack of transparency.

If you want customers to trust you, you need to ensure honest and clear billing. Please fix this issue in your COD system.

The delivery takes too much of the time, you can improve on this, where Amazon and Flipkart deliver in 1-2 days, 10 days for you does not make sense in today's time. However, the condition of books is good, apart from one book, where I found one page, ripped off.
