The Kitchen Depot Opiniões

We recently had our kitchen and utility supplied and fitted by Kitchen Depot Cambuslang and could not be happier with the outcome. A huge thank you to Clare for all her help in creating the design — she made the whole process so easy from start to finish.
Also, a big thanks to Paul and his fitting team for their excellent workmanship and professionalism throughout. The finished kitchen looks amazing and we’re absolutely delighted with it. Great experience, never pressured and I would highly recommend.

We popped into The KItchen depot in rosyth with some ideas for our new kitchen.
having seen how busy they were,we decided to have a look around the showroom & call back to make an appointment.
appointment made for a couple of days later we were greeted by Mark & Rob who made us feel right at home.
Mark talked us through how things worked & took our ideas & budget & set to work designing the first draft.
a couple of days later we went back in & were blown away with Marks design & with a couple of tweeks we were looking at our dream kitchen.
we set a date to get started & on that date(which was around 4 weeks later)Mick the joiner arrived & quickly set to work ripping out the decades old kitchen.
the electrician & plumber arrived the next day & over coming hidden horrors all was good to start fitting the new units.
MIck arrived every morning eager to get on with the jobs of the day & was always cheery even with our two Jack russels trying to get under his feet.
the whole refit took just five days & the quality of the units & micks work was outstanding.
Rob was on hand often & came round when the job was done to check everything was ok.
we cannot thank Rob,Mark & MIck enough for their outstanding work & have already reccomended them to friends looking for a new kitchen.

Chris & Kat Evenden.

Excellent service from start to finish.
We had a tight timescale to work in and Marcus and team helped us achieve it.
We had multiple last minute changes to the design which Marcus was able to accommodate and get us to a position whereby we were getting what we wanted - really impressed
The team did a fantastic job with the quality control of the items being delivered to site and importantly were on the end of the phone to help out when we had questions around some of the items and how they fitted together

The Kitchen Depot - Falkirk

From our very first showroom visit to the final delivery, our experience with The Kitchen Depot in Falkirk was absolutely fantastic. Their team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with genuine warmth from Petrina and Antony. There was no pushy, high-pressure sales pitch, just a friendly, welcoming team. Very knowledgeable and polite during every meeting.

The design phase was where they truly shined. We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted, but Antony took it to the next level. They were incredibly patient as we debated layout options, offered brilliant practical advice on maximizing space, and helped us navigate choices on everything from worktops to the finest hardware details.

What really set The kitchen Depot apart was their communication. We received regular updates regarding timelines, delivery and what to expect once we had our kitchen delivered. Always on the ball. It gave us complete peace of mind.

Their fitting team were outstanding.

Robert was first class in all his dealings with us. He, and his boy, done an amazing job. Lovely, friendly guys.

The fitter was excellent very prompt kept me up to date during the whole process and made it painless

I have recently just had my kitchen fitted by the Falkirk shop couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service provided by Anthony ,Petrina & Zsolt my fitter exceeded every expectation — the quality of the kitchen , the attention to detail to making sure I got it right really stood out for me , What super impressed me just was the Customer Service the team was super friendly and had lots of patience no pushy sales tactics here unlike other companies I had spoke too.I had looked at a few different companies with regards to seeking a new kitchen but decided to go back to the Falkirk team due to how supportive and approachable they were not pushy allowing me to take my time to pick the right look for my kitchen I was in the store 5 times taking different products away to make sure it was the colour / style that would suit my space Anthony & Petrina honestly couldn’t have been anymore helpful . They communicated amazingly and were super responsive with check in calls completed to make sure everything was running okay and I was happy with the work being completed and the product and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly.which made my life easier you know how stressful and challenging getting a new kitchen can be but can honestly say I didn’t feel this stress due to the amazing team at this store .Zsolt my fitter was outstanding his attention to detail was outstanding he completed my install to the highest standard and really takes pride in his work and would highly recommend him as your fitter my kitchen was fitted in 2.5 days . It’s rare to find a company that gets how important it is to make the right choice not feel pressured and wants to make the customer get the best service making care number 1 Priority a lot of companies forget about you the customer once the Sale has been completed but not Anthony & Petrina communication was on point to make sure I was happy with the service they had provided would highly recommend the Kitchen Depot in Falkirk to anyone looking for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service & as little stress as possible - They’ve set a standard that others kitchen companies should aspire to. Thanks again Petrina , Anthony & Zsolt I am over the moon with my kitchen

The fitter was Russ who knew his stuff and has built me a beautiful kitchen .I could not be more pleased .I would highly recommend this company

We met Wendy on our first visit to Kitchen Depot who was very friendly and helpful. She put us in touch with Ollie who designed our new kitchen and listened to us about budget and how we needed it to work for us. Delivery of units from Kitchen Depot and appliances was on time. Thank you to Steve and his team who fitted the kitchen and all the people who Ollie put us in touch with; Steve the plasterer, Roger who fitted our new back door, electrician Lee, and Cain flooring who laid our new floor. The whole project has gone well and was expertly managed from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I found that the experience from start to finish was very professional with excellent communication from the Kitchen Depot the kitchen itself was fitted with the upmost detail and care as expected and the service before and after were top notch. I would highly recommend the Kitchen Depot Falkirk to friends and family.

The company new I had a budget for the kitchen and all came out on budget, from the measuring design and finish product excellent.

From entering The kitchen depot in East kilbride, all staff showed professionalism. We had a small kitchen but knew what we wanted and got exactly that with a bit more. From the planning to the fitting everything went flawless. Fitter Chris M showed true workmanship and could not be faulted with his suggestions and my does he put a shift in. Very trustworthy as we left him with keys to get on with job with no disturbance.

From picking our kitchen, ordering kitchen to the full delivery of the kitchen we had no problems. Everything arrived on time with no damage and was delivered right into house.

Would definitely recommend kitchen depot to others if they want a professional, quality kitchen.

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. Gina and Rob were very friendly and helpful without being pressured. Gina took time out to listen to what we wanted and made good suggestions. She also had a lot of vision which helped us greatly in the design appt.

Russell was a meticulous worker with great attention to detail and always helpful with my questions.
Most of the kitchen was fitted within 5 days. The team reassured me and I didn't feel stressed in the process.

We love our new kitchen, an amazing transformation. So glad we popped into the Kitchen Depot ❤️

We would highly recommend the Dumbarton branch of Kitchen Depot! From the very start, nothing was too much for them. We changed our mind a couple of time with colours etc, and the team were very patient, allowing us samples to take home to compare etc. Once we booked in, we were given a date which suited our timeframe perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the fitting team! Scott led the team through fitting and was fantastic. Again, nothing seemed to be too much for him. The work was completed within the given timeframe, completed to a really high standard and any hiccups were dealt with well. We are absolutely delighted with the finish product and spend the majority of time at home in our new kitchen now!

I would highly recommend The Kitchen Depot if your looking for a new kitchen. I went to the Dumbarton one. Vincent was fantastic in helping to design the kitchen and couldn't have been more helpful. Everything ran very smoothly and all tradesmen were very professional and friendly. All work was done to a very high standard. Loving the kitchen.

Kitchen Depot Falkirk were great from start to finish. First contact was with Petrina who was very helpful and knowledgeable, then Antony gave me advice on the best layout for my kitchen, which has worked out better than I could have imagined. The fitting was done by Robert and Lewis who have done an amazing job. Would highly recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone thinking about changing their kitchen!

We had our very compact kitchen completely redesigned by Tea Dragas at The Kitchen Depot. She made the absolutely best use of the limited space and her design was tailored to our requirements. Our kitchen now feels bigger than it did before and yet we have so much more storage. The fitters that were recommended by Tea, Ringo & Mat, were extremely pleasant to have around and their workmanship was of an excellent standard. We are still pinching ourselves because the kitchen suits us so perfectly. Thank you 😊

Highly recommend the kitchen depot. From the start appointment and designing and all the way through of the work being done we were impressed. Kept in the loop and everyone was friendly and helpful. From our appointments with Ollie to Steve, Tim, Mike of the fitters and electricians. Really impressed with the aftercare after the kitchen was complete too. Nothing was too much trouble. Love my new kitchen!

Great company to deal with from sales to the fitters. Very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Kitchen Depot
