Delighted with my new kitchen from Kitchen Depot Falkirk. Antony made the whole process smooth and stress-free from the start. Stevie and John did an excellent job fitting the kitchen — professional, tidy, and high-quality workmanship. Stevie also organised the other trades and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

Can honestly say I have never experienced such good customer service. I was recommended to the Kitchen Depot (Rosyth) and am so grateful. From the sales staff, to the fitters, and the Manager, the service and standard of work is unbelievable and I have felt totally supported throughout the whole refurb. If you are considering using this business please do not hesitate as I am sure you will not regret it. Thank you to all at Kitchen Depot, Rosyth.

Our kitchen has just been installed and completed by The Kitchen Depot in Bishopbriggs and we are absolutely obsessed. We knew after the first meeting with Jill, that we wanted to give her our business (we did shop around a little before). Jill has the most lovely way about her, along with so much patience and offered some great advice. We had a full kitchen and utility refurb. Davie and the rest of the install team were great too. Communication throughout was excellent and small issues were rectified very quickly. I’d highly recommend The Kitchen Depot in Bishopbriggs to anyone who wants a stress-free new kitchen installation. Was contacted regarding an appointment to come out and discuss ideas etc for kitchen renovation and initial appointment was booked for Friday 23rd, but shortly after the appointment was confirmed they called asking for it to be moved to this morning (Monday 26th) owing to some paperwork that needed completing which was fine. Rep tried calling me this morning which I unfortunately missed but no voicemail left and initially hesitant to try the number I tried anyway, calling back 3 times to be met with no response or a busy line. 10 minutes into what should've been the appointment I called the show room to hear the voice of the Rep who was supposed to be at the appointment, telling me they had no response when calling to let me know they were on their way but I had tried calling back 3 times? Not great service and despite trying to stick with smaller, family owned and independent businesses, I'll give this one a miss. If this is what it's like trying to speak to someone for a visit then I can't begin to imagine what the service will be like all the way through.

We've just had our new kitchen and utility room designed and installed by Kitchen Depot. We're really happy with the modern and personal design, which as exceeded expectations and is often greeted by a Wow!

We've worked with Chloe, Jess, Matt, Luke and team over several months. Chloe was incredibly patient with our deliberations! They're a great family business, with a personal touch and a willingness to go the extra mile. We'd highly recommend them.

We cannot recommend Clare and team at the Kitchen Depot Cambuslang highly enough.
From Clare's initial visit to our home to discuss what we were looking for, to the design and final order, we found the whole process straightforward and stress free.....even allowing for a couple of final changes, nothing was too much trouble.
She recommended Paul's team for fitting, and they were fantastic. Paul and Ian are very skilled at what they do, and fitted our kitchen to a very high standard.....even suggesting minor alterations that would enhance the overall finish. His electrician and plumber also did an excellent job. The finished kitchen looks fantastic, and better than we had imagined.
If you are looking to invest in a new kitchen, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clare, Irene and Melissa at The Kitchen Depot Cambuslang. To fit it, make sure to ask for Paul and Ian. Their standard of workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.

We had a fantastic experience with The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs. Jill took care of us from start to finish, really listening to our needs and creating a kitchen plan that suited us perfectly. The kitchen fitting, by Willie and Ronnie, was excellent and completed to a very high standard. The whole process felt smooth and professional. We are delighted with the finished kitchen and would highly recommend The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs.

We are not only extremely pleased with the quality and look of our new kitchen but also the excellent customer service we received during the whole process. Tea and The Kitchen Depot (Oxford) team were extremely professional and very patient with our decision making and Chris (the manager) was always to hand. They were very accommodating with helping us when we chose to make a small change during fitting.
We used Dovetail Carpentry & Installations to fit the kitchen. Sam’s attention to detail was second to none. The tradespeople he brought in (plumber, electrician and plasterer) also worked to the highest standard and all turned up promptly on the right days to fit the timetable. Everything went smoothly.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending The Kitchen Depot Oxford and Dovetail Carpentry & Installations for the services they provided.

Nice kitchen. Unfortunately the main fitter (Roy) that was allocated to my job wasn’t professional by any means!! my kitchen refit was plagued with issues from day one!

1- wall in kitchen wasn’t made straight, although apparently I could have requested this- I was not told about that until it was too late

2- stop tap, although known to need moving, wasn’t planned for and was only communicated 3 days into the build, resulting in myself being told to lie to Severn Trent requesting they come out to find a leak that wasn’t there!

3- myself and my lodger having to leave the property due to a lack of water supply, at a cost of £140 to myself in lost lodging payment.

4- having to have 2 days off work to check everything was being done, at a cost of over £300 to myself, to project manage the project magager, due to the issues of the previous week.

Yesterday even further poor workmanship was discovered 12.01.2026 where Roy used silicon to attach the vent grill to the outside of my property instead of fixing it to the wall with screws…. I have actually contacted kitchen depot about this and yet again I’ve been ignored.

(Me) As you can see not a single attempt to rectify their incompetence or even offer of an apology for the poor workmanship they supplied. Absolutely pathetic

I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. EVER

EDIT -Just to absolutely transparently clear!!! You did not make every effort to communicate…otherwise the above bullet points wouldn’t be there and this complaint wouldn’t have been made. I requested the compensation remember!! not an offer made from yourselves so that is a big fat lie.

As you have made no attempt to come and rectify the work which hasn’t been carried out correctly. Trading standards has now been contacted and further communication will be made in due time.

I cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot in Greenock highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding.

The personalised service from Erin was second to none — professional, friendly, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. My house sale took much longer than expected, but nothing was ever an issue. Erin was patient, supportive, and kept everything moving smoothly, making what could have been a very stressful process feel completely manageable.

The kitchen fitting by Craig was equally impressive. His skill, attention to detail, and workmanship were exceptional. The quality of the finish is amazing, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work. The kitchen looks fantastic and was fitted to an incredibly high standard.

Customer service throughout the entire process was genuinely excellent — professional, understanding, and reassuring at every stage. I felt supported from the first visit right through to completion.

From the moment we walked into the beautiful showroom we were so impressed with the choice of cabinets, finishes and accessories. The worktop samples were fantastic. The kitchen was planned from my rudimentary measurements and was amazingly accurate and no alterations needed! The cabinets were ordered and delivered without delay and the wonderful team replastered the entire kitchen including the ceiling, replumbed and fitted the new kitchen in just over a working week. The whole experience was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from start to finish and all of this the week before Christmas! They are so brilliant on price, quality of units and fitting. The team were so polit and professional, they arrived early and tidied up at the end of each day. Washing machine was moved and covered and the team positioned new cooker. Even the skip was taken before Xmas. We did not have to arrange anything, it was all taken care of! Do not waste your time going elsewhere. I am so impressed I have asked them back to fit out the utility room. So, a huge THANK YOU to every single one of you involved, my new kitchen is honestly a game changer! Would give you all 10 stars if we could. Will be recommending to everyone.

Allan Smith (designer) and Stuart Bruce and his team of fitters from Ayr Kitchen Depot provided an exemplary service from start to finish. My dream kitchen was fitted both within the budget and the timeframe and I was completely satisfied with the finished result. I was particularly impressed by how driven the installation team was and in their professionalism. Everyone from the Ayr Kitchen Depot was friendly, helpful, resourceful, respectful and supportive and provided an exceptional standard of service. I would 100% recommend their product, design, fitting and quality control.

My experience with The Kitchen Depot and their appointed subcontractor Wilkie & Gillan Ltd has been extremely frustrating.

The kitchen installation was sold to me as a two-week project, but it dragged on for over eleven weeks, with the kitchen still not completed to an acceptable standard. Throughout the process there were repeated delays, poor communication, and missed appointments — including a second no-show that led me to state formally that I would be seeking legal advice.

Significant damage was caused during the works, including chipped worktops (around the hob), a deeply scratched cupboard panel, damage to a newly fitted back door and threshold, and holes left in the wall and floor beneath the units where skirting had been cut back too far, allowing cold air into the house.

When the subcontractor eventually attended again on 12 November, the worktops were “repaired”, but badly — the repairs are clearly visible. Nothing was done about the scratched cupboard panel due to incorrect information being passed on. Promises to follow up were not kept, despite me providing an offcut to assist.

As a result of the damage, I had to pay other tradespeople to replace the door threshold and repair the wall and floor myself. Damage to the outside of the back door remains, as I cannot afford to replace it.

When I asked The Kitchen Depot about compensation, they replied in writing that this was not something they could offer as the issues related to fitting, despite the fitter being appointed by them. I find this unacceptable. I was also assured before ordering that they used experienced fitters, only to be told directly by the fitter who attended that this was his first kitchen installation for The Kitchen Depot.

Although they later offered to replace the damaged items using another subcontractor, by that stage I had lost all confidence in their ability to manage the work properly. With winter approaching, the thought of having my kitchen dismantled yet again was overwhelming.

Months later, my kitchen still isn’t right. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot.

Well what a fantastic experience with the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs. After a number of years trying to find the right kitchen with a few let downs and disappointments the kitchen Depot was the perfect choice for me. From the beginning with Jill who planned and designed the kitchen to the excellent workmanship from David,Ian and Harvey (fitters) Ross (electrician) plasterers and plumbers. Everyone was amazing. Nothing was a problem they were all so efficient and friendly. Jill kept in touch throughout the whole process. So a big thankyou to everyone involved and I highly recommend the Kitchen Depot to anyone who’s thinking about a new kitchen. Tracy Donnelly

The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs team were absoluely excellent from the from the very start of designing our kitchen to the very end of having a custom glass splashback fitted. The service and communication from Martin and Jill was amazing - we were kept up to date throughout, we were given honest feedback on possibilities for timing and design and they ensured everything went to the plan and agreed timelines.
We had a disastrous experice with another kitchen company a few years ago and lost a lot of money. Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs were aware of this and very considerate when it came to making payments and us asking lots of questions.
The team that Ktchen Depot Bishopbriggs assigned to fit our kitchen were also excellent. They arrived exactly on time every morning, worked diligently to make sure the work was done on time and kept us in the loop on progress, always asking if there was any question about how we wanted something placed/finished. They were tidy and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen is perfect. They spotted a minor blemish on a cupboard door (we probably would not have noticed) and obtained a replacement. And also sealed round the top of the worktops when we asked for their help.
I cannot rate the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs highly enough and would recommend them to everyone. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen from Kitchen Depot Letchworth. From the start, Jess and Chloe listened to what we wanted, and Chloe designed the perfect kitchen for us. Rob was a pleasure to have in the house during the fitting, and the other trades that came in were equally courteous and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend Kitchen Depot, and definitely the Letchworth gang!
