worst service ever , you can not speak to them as they do not have a phone number , eventually after 7 days they return the email and said we will have to wait for Evri to confirm parcel lost...in about two week ..in the mean time we have no parts we need . Then 4 weeks later the parcel arrives that is not now needed and they still have not refunded or now arrange a collection..Rubbish

Asked for and received advice on a part, this information was quick and correct. Order was delivered as expected in a reasonable time frame.

Goose service parts fit perfectly

Bought a Mestic A/C unit in June 2024 from TLW, which arrived promptly. But when using it this year for the first time, the unit was showing an error message, which turned out to mean it was no longer functional.

I raised this with TLW, and (after a short delay in responding) they checked with the manufacturer, confirmed the unit was eligible for a refund under warranty, and refunded it - without needing the A/C returned. This took some time, but TLW team stayed on it without my chasing.

Seriously impressed by this - in my experience it's rare for a company to offer genuinely customer-friendly service these days. Communication could sometimes be a bit slow - but it was clear this is because it's being handled by actual humans, who are actually reading and following up on issues, and that takes time.
