Recently purchased a Thule bike rack for our Moho from Leisure Warehouse, ordered whilst on a trip and needed a home delivery when we were on a pit stop before our next adventure. Customer service took the order and organised a suitable delivery to suit our schedule . Rack arrived on schedule allowing us to fit and go on our next trip with our bikes - Great price and great service- cannot fault so 5 stars

Package delivered in a timely manner and the return was handled with reasonable speed. Having acknowledgement of receipt of the return is a nicety that could be introduced to save chasing but still overall it was great service.
