Excellent service. Product was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately we had a problem with it, but it was sorted very quickly communication was excellent. And a replacement redelivered. No hassle what so ever.

I Would definitely recommend leisure…
I Would definitely recommend leisure warehouse, I have long term health problems and I had a minor surgery and didn’t get chance to check a part of ordered for my motorhome until after my return policy window had expired, as it turned out I’d ordered the wrong part! I explained to leisure warehouse my situation and they happily swapped the product for the right one, they didn’t have to do this it’s not there problem i have health issues so i am extremely grateful for this I had quick responses and quick turn around.. thank you leisure warehouse 🙏

Caravan and Motorhome Show, N.E.C. 2025.
Saw what we were looking for at the N.E.C. This was being offered at a good price and free delivery was being offered. Goods were ordered, paid for, and an approximate delivery date given. We received confirmation of order by email and then a delivery date shortly after. Goods arrived on time and well packed.

Hi Ian, thanks for your review.
We are sorry you felt the service warranted 1 star - as discussed with you this lock does not come with keys as most people want to fit their own key to match their existing key set. This is mentioned in bold on the item description. We offer barrel fitting as an extra service.
We then offered to cover the cost of collecting the item if you were not happy with it but this was not taken up. We aren't really sure how else we could have rectified the situation for you.
