The whole process from start to end of ordering a custom size bed was very easy. My order was placed, I had a follow up email/call to confirm my order as I went for the custom size headboard. My order was manufactured, then put into storage. I received another call to arrange delivery. Prior to delivery, I had to adjust the headboard size again which was done free of charge and prior to delivery without affecting the date of delivery. Leanne was amazing from start to end with the instant communication and assistance in measuring the area of the headboard. An excellent bed, excellent team and company.

We ordered from the luxury bed company during lockdown 2020. They were willing to hold the bed until our new house was ready. Brilliant communication throughout and still brand new 5 years later with no problems. Lovely material and colour.

We went to the show room and were greeted by Callum. We had two beds in mind when we arrived so he talked us through the different materials and colours.

Callum then told us it’s now the fun part… He let us lay on each mattress and talked us through the pros and cons of each.

We opted for the ambassador 2000.

It was between two beds, which he priced up and helped with measurements for both. We decided to go for the alwyn bed in soft cream Naples plain velvet.

Delivery company was excellent throughout the order. I was contacted a few days after the order confirmation to book a delivery slot. I received 2 texts in between to re confirm I am still okay with the day. 2 days before delivery date I was contacted to book in a more precise 2 hour time slot. Delivery lads absolutely great, had it all set up in half an hour

Be extra careful when purchasing from this company. I firstly took a look on the website a few times and got quotes (photo snapped them) travelled to showroom as I wanted to check the material. Everything went great with Callum. He reviewed everything on his side and placed the order for us with a 20% discount code. 2 days later I received a phone call asking for an extra £700+ as their was a error on the system. My first response was that was not my fault you placed the order for me and I paid in full by chip and pin. Basically told me their is nothing the could do except offer a further 10% discount so would still need to pay £400+. Had to travel back down from Newcastle to get a refund. Moral of the story the following day after asking me for more money they added a 30% discount to their web site. Unless your some sort of influencer the do not care about you. I have never heard of a company asking for more money after their placed your order unless you were adding more. The fault in system must of been going on for a long time as I have photo snaps of the price I paid 3weeks previous to placing the order. So how may more customers did they draw money from? God forbid elderly or vulnerable. This price should of been honoured on their behalf for their mistake. I have told a lot of people already about this company and will continue to do so. The are ripping customers off. They do not deserve 1 star..

False info given when messaged at the time of purchasing bed on insta if the bed was solid base or slats... Defo slats as now the slats are now breaking and coming through even though I asked at the time not a well made and assembled bed cheaply made unfortunately and will now have to purchase another bed as one side is completely broken and due to me being unwell someone had to have a look to tell me this please avoid this company.. Questions were defo asked before purchasing bed like I said wrong info given I know it's 3 years after getting the bed but I have had problems since day one and bed wouldn't have broken if it was solid base not slats like I asked at the time

Recently had our new beds delivered from the luxury bed company, we absolutely love them they look amazing, the mattresses are so comfortable it is the best nights sleep we have had in a long time, the service we received from the luxury bed company was outstanding from start to finish they answered all of our questions, I would highly recommend this company when thinking about buying a new bed.

I ordered my bed (with difficulty) 8/30/24. After waiting a week or so with pay instructions. Once I paid it was another week before they found my order in their system. A week later I received an email with a request for measurements. After sending them I received 3 more emails with the same requests. After a lengthy email and several pictures my measurements were confirmed. Which took about another 2 wks in. I then received a call from Caulem advising that production will begin and he'd be in touch. 2 months and a wk and I received a call from called again advising that the bed is completed and being loaded for transport. During that conversation Caulem also springs on me that they couldn't do the complementary install. So after months of waiting I'm scrambling to find someone to install the bed (which was another 200.00 cost). The arrive in about 3 wks. TLBC uses a receiver/ warehouse (i will not name) that has HORRIBLE reviews. Even i had issues scheduling my delivery. After talking with Caulem I managed to get a delivery date. The guys that came were PHENOMENAL and on time. The bed came wrapped exceptionally well and secure. Then the quality was off the charts! Absolutely stunning. My overall experience was OK. I know that TLBC just opened to orders in the US and hopefully it's a start to great things. If asked the question was it all worth it I'd say Heck YES! If asked would I do it again I'd say without hesitation. Just go in with realistic expectations.

Just ordered my Second bed from TLBC and again found them to be very helpful. I needed to call them to assist with my order as I wanted to add an option not available with the bed I wished to purchase. Meg was so helpful she talked me through in detail how to add this request then followed it up with an email. Having previously purchased from TLBC they were my obvious choice for this second bed as the quality and standard of the bed was excelent as was the customer service. I look forward to receiving my new bed in the coming weeks.
