I purchased the Sono glass bed in super king size. The item came in exactly the days given for delivery and it was as described on the pictures and videos from instagram.So beautiful and elegant I could not get my self off the bed.

They also offered me a great discount of 50% and offered a great assistance to help me choose the best mattress for the bed. Honestly great customer service.

Ordered my son a bed with side rails a few months ago, item came damaged. Customer service (Calum) I believe sorted this issue and sent out a replacement panel for the damaged side he was lovely on the phone and so understanding which cannot fault the customer service. I had originally ordered from here as we got our bed 5 years ago and have loved it and found it great quality. However I do feel the quality on this bed is not as high a standard. Last week my son had been asleep one night and woke up screaming he had rolled over and hit his cheek off the side rail from feeling this I have realised just how ‘wooden’ it feels and is not padded. The next night I slept in his room with him and during the night I got up and hit my face off the side piece of the headboard which again has very little padding it it mostly a wooden bed frame. My nose has been left marked and bruised. This is completely different from our bed as we love ours and don’t plan on changing it any time soon our headboard etc is very plush unlike this one. However do feel like the children’s beds need more cushion to them. Also there seems to be loose wire from the headboard which have been dangling down which is dangerous with a young child. This is more just feedback for improvement

Absolutely amazing customer service double checking a super king would fit through the house in a three storey giving me every measurement to check!

Than delivery was perfect with really lovely people and set up the bed so quickly and the ottoman!

To top it off the ambassador 2000 mattresses is absolutely perfect firm and so cooling and the Lyla Louise design is stunning really recommend!

Item ordered, no confirmation received, emailed and it bounced back, no live chat answered, phone number does not work

We travelled from Scotland to visit the showroom in Darlington to choose our new bed in August, I emailed prior to check what they had on display and was not disappointed when we arrived! Well worth the trip down the showroom is huge and has all beds on display, helped by Callum to place our order and informed on next steps. We were contacted the following week to get the measurements for our bespoke bed and made some additions to our order. The team have always responded quickly and friendly to any questions we’ve had. We were contacted by logistics much sooner than expected which would have been great but we hadn’t yet moved into our new house, it was no problem to delay delivery until we were ready. Our beautiful bed arrived yesterday morning delivered and built within 45 mins by friendly guys who arrived on time and left no mess behind. Our ottoman storage box was missed when loading the van but logistics phoned me straight away to apologise and have arranged this to be delivered next week. A small mistake and excellent service to get it rectified. All round brilliant experience from star to finish, superior quality bed and mattress - I can’t quite believe it’s mine! Would not hesitate to use the luxury bed company again.

Very helpful and plenty of selection of beds

Looking for a new bed and been to multiple shops in the area and I can say they had the most choice of beds and colours. Joe was very helpful making me make a decision on what I wanted and gave plenty of information which I didn’t feel I received in other shops.

I ordered in line which was very straight forward.
Very happy with product, I have come back again.
I appreciate that I have ordered within a promotion, however this is open to new and existing customers.
It would be nice to receive ‘an extra’ from the Luxury Bed Company as this is now my 4th bed!

There were so many lovely beds to choose from, the website was easy to search and order. The only thing that would have improved the process is being able to see the bed style in the chosen colour.

I would give zero stars if I could. Beds sent to you are cheap. Both beds I have ordered have been ripped and the delivery men have tried to cover it up. The last bed I was forced to take earlier than I wanted even though they advise they can hold the bed for you. Took the bed and was not living at the property then found issues with the bed and now won't return. It's a single and the headboard is so high it wobbles. It's cheap and looks awful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The customer service just keep telling me the same thing. To replace the side rail or offer a partial refund but the bed arrived dirty and they don't listen to anything you say.

The whole experience was great from ordering to the set up, but in particular I was blown away by the two guys who came into the house and set up the bed in my bedroom. They were respectful of my home and my two kids, turned up on time, whipped up the bed in record-time, I couldn't believe it. So stress-free and a wonderful experience. The bed is awesome, so true to form and pictures online and great quality. So happy and couldn't recommend enough.

I am super happy with both of my beds and my bunk bed, the quality and the easiness placing the order was just super simple. Thank you so much to Leanna who helped me get more fabric and got it out to me so quick, I really appreciate your all of your help. When we get round to doing more rooms, this will be my first stop, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have just taken delivery of the Bellagio kingsize bed from TLB company. I must say I am highly delighted. The bed is amazing. Superb quality. I Love it. The material & look is luxurious. Communications have been great. I was nervous ordering a bed online I had not seen in person, but have had best experience & if anyone not sure just you go for it you will not be disappointed. The delivery team were respectful of my property. They built the bed up quickly. Took all packaging away & were very pleasant. I am so delighted with the whole experience. The only drawback was the delivery timing. 5.50am in the morning was way too early.

This is my second kids beds order from the luxury bed company!! Highly recommended. It’s soo comfortable and my kids love it!
