Ordered a small amount of copper for jewellery making. Easy to do and prompt service

Mild steel sheet was a good price and it arrived undamaged.

I bought a sheet of aluminium and it arrived quickly. The only issue I had was the corners were damaged because of the courier but it didn't affect what I needed the sheet for.

Unable to give a 0 rating. Ordered on13 November no email confirmation and money taken for payment 13 days later still no delivery and all searches end up with 404 error including contact us

only half the order was delivered and i've had no response from my contact page message asking for the issue to be resolved

Never recieved the item I purchased, and when I called to complain the telephone number was unavailable

still waiting for half the order, and been utterly unable to get any response, or even an invoice - appalling. their phone number doesnt work and they dont respond to emails i received one half of an order placed on 24.10 and one half of the order 27.10 still waiting two items, no idea if i will ever receive them.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order and paid for it and it never arrived! Emails aren’t answered. The telephone number doesn’t exist and the social media links don’t work! This is a fraudulent company. Thank God I paid with my credit card.

Never received the materials. Phosphor bronze. Rip off

Never delivered, could not contact them, had to get a refund from my credit card.

After reading the previous reviews I was nervous that I was not going to receive my order.
However, parts arrived within a week and are in good order.
Bad points are that there is no communication, a simple e-mail would put people at ease and want to use this company again and again.
I can't help but feel I was maybe lucky this time....

Good never turned up and no replies to email and phone number is dead. AVOID SCAM
