I have not recieved an email confirmation about my order, I would really like a VAT reciept but do not even have an order number?

DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Took the money, only delivered one of the goods- phone number does not work, emails do not get answered, no form of contact for refund. This company will take your money and fail to deliver the goods.

Used them 3 times now and never had a bad experience, very quick at getting your order ready and dispatched with a very quick delivery time, metal has always arrived save and not damaged unlike some places I had metal from in the past. So overall I'm extremely satisfied with the service i have received so far.

Product fulfilled expectations... fair price . Free delivery a bonus. Arrived on reasonable time frame. Thanks.

Liked the availability and the price, disliked the twist in the piece of steel plate I ordered.

Didn’t send the order but did take the money!
Didn’t answer email and phone number doesn’t work!!!

Goods still not received. No replies to emails. Telephone line not answered. Don’t deal with this company.

Supplied exactly what I ordered at a good price and on time

packaged arrived opened with nothing inside. customer services non existent. phone number on website not in service. FB chat no response.

The company went out of business, all that seems to be left is an automated online store that takes money, makes a shipping label, and asks for feedback. My order hasn't arrived, the phone number and all social media accounts are deleted, and Companies House shows the company was dissolved years ago.

Goods never arrived, needed outside assistance to recover my money. Supplier said picked up by Evri but never delivered. Didn't reply to my e-mails and phone number on website not connected. What else can I say. Date of transaction 05/02/2023 cannot enter correct date

Item missing from order - chased multiple times in order to get this resolved but nothing has come of this except one email reply saying they will look into it. Phone number doesn't work, company has been dissolved on companies house yet the website is receiving orders and taking money. DO NOT USE.

Never order with them!!!! They owe me few hundred pound of goods which never arrived. No one in this company is sorting out. There is no any way you can contact them directly, and they only replay when they want. So if you have issue with your order you will have no where to go.

Excellent material just what I wanted good delivery time product well packaged will use company again.
