I'm on a low income so the price is a huge consideration. I wear the MyDay multifocal lenses, which aren't the cheapest. Also, I'm able to order just one box, which a lot of online shops won't facilitate. Add in the quick delivery, what's not to like?

I recently ordered contact lenses from the Optical Store. I wear a brand for astigmatism that is sometimes hard to get hold of. When they hadn't arrived after some time, I contacted the store who found out they had gone missing in the post. As it could possibly have taken a while to get hold of a fresh pair, they offered me an upgraded brand in their place, which I actually turned down as I've not been able to tolerate another brand in the past. However, my original order arrived within days of our correspondence! Very happy customer.

I ordered from the Optical Store for the first time. I was fed up with other suppliers that usually take up to 4 weeks to complete my order. My lenses are very specific and made to order. When I sent an email to check on my order, I received a reply within 5 minutes. I simply couldn't believe it. On the day of the despatch, I had a phone call to inform me about it. Again, this is something I have never experienced before.
I received the lenses within 2 weeks. This has never happened before!!!

Good service and price, but poor packaging. Can an alternative to plastic tape, eg paper tape, be used to make whole packaging fully recyclable? Think about our planet please, most people wouldn’t remove the plastic tape which would mean box would not be recyclable!
