If it wasn’t for Lilly I wouldn’t have stayed in the shop. Her customer service skills are good. She treated me with respect and she’s lovely despite me not buying anything this occasion as I only came on to try new scents. Even when I mentioned it Woking with a low budget as I am a student she remained friendly unlike her colleague who was quick to dismiss me and went off asking Lilly to handle my query. I felt bad until Lilly came to help.

Lily in The Perfume Shop in Lewisham…
Lily in The Perfume Shop in Lewisham Shopping Centre really was excellent in her role and gave me and outstanding service and was smiling the whole way and I was really needing help in choosing which perfumes were best for my needs and Lily picked the right fragrances and Lily's sense of recommendation was out of this world and it was much needed and I hope Lily gets promoted, gets her bonus and a pay rise because I was really pleased with the fragrances and I hope Lily keeps to the Lewisham branch and management to really look after Lily just like how Lily looked after me and giving me great customer service. I was served at 12:25pm
