My partner and I popped in today for an aftershave for him and perfume for his Mum. We were blown away by the service we received from Rachel. Patient, kind and a wonderful energy. She asked the right questions and listened and knew her stock so so well that we came away with scents we were thrilled with and spent a bit over budget but that shows the sales lady in her!! Pay rise for Rachel The Perfume Shop!! And kindly beautifully gift wrapped as we shopped and ready when we came back to collect. An absolute star 🌟

With minutes to spare before the store closed, I was welcomed by Fabio. I received such amazing service in such little time but it had an amazing impact on me. I felt like a valued customer. And received the best deal on top of that all thanks to him. He is an asset to TPS.

I went into the Lewisham store…
I went into the Lewisham store yesterday and was greeted with a lovely gentleman called Nash, I was initially extremely anxious and nervous to come out on my own due to suffering with my anxiety. He made me feel extremely calm and comfortable within the store and gave me exceptional customer service and made me feel so comfortable and put a smile on my face witch I haven’t had in such a long time. Once leaving the store I felt such at ease and relaxed to continue my day ahead of me

Wonderful Experience
I did my annual perfume shopping yesterday at the perfume shop in Lewisham. I had researched 12 options. And then l met Suzanne. Knowledgeable, great customer service, a big smile at all times and incredible service. She offered several options, made suggestions of alternatives. Altogether my 45 minutes was a wonderful experience
