I want to complain to this company THE PERFUME SHOP. In Lewshiam , but I want the heads to know that we customers know about fragrance, i use for very long time Blue Channel for men’s , but this shop sale me a 100ml for 140 and something , I didnt fallow that price but I do fallow what I buy , this parfume now becomes like it’s deodorant not parfume ,,, in the past when poured a bit on me and I go out all my mates ask me about that smell , but this time I don’t feel nothing about this fragrance it’s very weak parfume . We are tricked buy this shop on the high streets by the stuff we buy but we are robbed by them it’s like a water fragrance which stays for a little time on your dress. Not even a full day. It’s so weak I feel like I’ve been robbed buy them and I do spend in that 10 mins in their shop about 240 or 250 and not 1% discount. . The staff very cold and very meaning for not give you at least 1pound discount. It’s not worth it guys to buy from this shop name THE PERFUME SHOP . We pay for name not for the product if anyone read this please buy from different shop ,, proper fragrance so you enjoy your perfume.i don’t enjoying and i payed a lot for it.

I went to buy my daughter a cheap perfume as she is turning 13 I wanted something nice and cheap Rachel was attentive and welcoming she was friendly and had great customer service she helped me and I got what I wanted and what I was looking for she gave me 10/10 customer service lovely lady I don’t buy perfumes that much but I will be back to buy another one thanks Rachel

I went in yesterday with my sister to purchase a perfume I had tried recently. Rachel took great care of us and asked us about our perfume preferences, super happy with the amazing customer service!
