Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. The customer service was absolutely outstanding! He was incredibly patient, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. I’ve been visiting perfume shops for over a decade, but I’ve rarely experienced such excellent customer service. He made us feel very welcome and took the time to look after us properly. Amazing Service
Visited The Perfume Shop in Wood Green today, 29 July, and received absolutely fantastic, five-star service from Kali, who assisted me with my purchase, as well as Frankie, the Deputy Manager.
Both were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely engaging. They offered excellent guidance, made the whole shopping experience ten times better and took the time to have such a lovely conversation with me. The gifts were also wrapped beautifully, which was the perfect finishing touch.
I left genuinely delighted with both my purchases and the service I received. Kali and Frankie are a real credit to the company, and I will definitely be returning to the Wood Green branch specifically to be served by them again. Hats off to both of them! Absolutely phenomenal service all around!
