Great experience
Great estate agents with a competent and friendly team. Some minor issues with communication and efficiency but better than most estate agents I've dealt with - this team also took my need to move into the property and time constraints seriously when I raised it with them which I appreciated as many can 'fob' you off. Overall, very pleased and would recommend.

They made the buying experience nice and easy and kept me informed at all stages and were really lovely to deal with.
They made the processs so easy that i had bought my second property via them aswell and have enquired with them for more in my area.

Stress free process!
Property Perspective handled the sale of our old home as part of our new-build purchase, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team made the whole process smooth, well-organised, and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, and any questions we had were dealt with quickly and professionally.

During what was a long, fraught and basically terrible conveyancing process for me [all caused by both solicitors], attempting to buy a property, Property Perspective's Keira was constant in her chasing up both sides, asking questions she shouldn't have had to be asking and trying everything she could to ensure that the sale actually came to completion. We got there in the end and I'd like to thank everyone involved from Property Perspective for the hard work they put in. I wouldn't want to go through that experience again but with the help of Keira and her dedication [not to mention patience!] to getting things settled it all turned out well and I'm actually in and loving my new home. Never thought that was going to happen !!
