We can’t thank property perspective enough, they chased up the progress of our sale and purchase regularly too which avoided any unnecessary delays.

Highly recommend
Megan was very professional, very nice and caring about getting the house we were buying. We had a few issues with solicitors etc but Megan made sure we got the house. We are in now and absolutely love our new home. Would highly recommend Property Perspective to anyone 👍

I worked with this real estate company…
I worked with this real estate company when purchasing my property. Overall, I would say the service was average. Since their office is located quite far from the property I bought, they were not able to assist me with many things that a buyer would normally expect.
As someone who is not very fluent in English, I also felt that they did not pay enough attention to how communication could be handled better. At times, it seemed that they were mainly focused on closing the deal quickly rather than providing more patient or tailored support.
In summary, my experience with this company was not terrible, but it did not stand out as particularly supportive or attentive either.

However, we have invested heavily in technology that makes it simple for both buyers and vendors to keep track of their sale or purchase, and we’re confident this ensures a smooth process without the need for a local office.
We are truly sorry to hear that language barriers made your experience more difficult at times. It’s never our intention for any client to feel unsupported, and we will reflect on your comments to ensure our communication is as clear and patient as possible for every buyer.
Finally, while we always work towards time frames that are faster than the national average, particularly with housebuilders at the top of the chain, we never exchange contracts until every party in the chain is satisfied with their conveyancing and survey results. Overall very good
Overall very good. Their strength point was that they were really good in helping to facilitate the process between myself as a buyer and the seller. Also, they clearly had a good noting system with good transparency between themselves so if I called and my contact (Megan) was not available, someone else was able to help me most of the time.

Very good customer service
I found that property perspective were transparent, honest and explained everything to us - this was especially helpful as we were first time buyers!
In particular, Megan was fantastic - she was always free to chat and had such an upbeat and calm approach that always made me feel re-assured :)

Buying our first home
The overall experience with the estate agents was very good. They were communicative and kept us in the loop at each step in the process. We found them very friendly and happy to help when we had queries or concerns. The previous owners did leave some things in the loft and the fridge, as well as in the garden. Other than this, there were no issues with the company.
