Warte seit einer Woche auf einen Retourenschein. Per Email keine Rückmeldung und per Telefon keiner erreichbar .So einen schlechten Kundenservice hab ich noch nirgends erlebt. Werde hier nie wieder einkaufen.

Es wird ein Produkt mit Zustand hervorragend angeboten Das Handy hat tiefer Macken und Kratzer wird darauf direkt zurückgeschickt und jetzt wird lediglich 50 % gutgeschrieben. Die Sache geht zum Anwalt also lasst hier die Finger weg

Very poor customer service!, I can’t believe it!

Tried to buy a PC from Renewed but they wouldn't deliver to Northern Ireland, not even for a fee. Tried another Supplier on Renewed with same result. in the end, got on from eBay.

I believe they have gone into receivership as of last week. ( 1July 2024)

I am so sad to hear this news.
All the staff there provided an excellant service.
I hope everyone who has been made redundant finds alternative employement soon.

Does anybody know if The Renewed store is still.trading ? I have been trying to.contact them without success about a refund ?

Having purchased two laptops previously from The Renewed Store I have had complete trust in them. Purchased another but apart from the order acknowledgement, they are now incommunicado. Website down, phone line dead, no information gleaned about their status.

Ordered a Lenovo Yoga laptop, it arrived in perfect condition, set it all up including all my programes, it was perfect. Battery got low so plugged it in, bloody thing will not charge at all, tried contacting them and their phone line is dead, tried web site and that no longer exists, bunch of rip off merchants

Bought a refurbished lcd screen that was stated as being in fair condition. It is perfect, looks new, completely refurbished so supporting the Circular Economy too.

Even better that it only cost £50 and arrived in just 2 days! Excellent service, would use again.

Mt two gripes are: when I received my new pc , {1}
I could not get onto my wifi because it only allowed access through ethernet cable! in this day and age no-one uses these any more! so I had to go and purchase a wifi dongle which in my opinion should have come with the pc.
{2} my wireless keypad did not work with the pc so I had to go and purchase a new non wireless one, so that I could type instructions when following the install procedure.

once I had done all this! the new desktop pc installed well and I was able to use all components within 2 hours.
