Wasn’t sure about using this company but after reading reviews on Trustpilot, I took the plunge.
Communication with the company was good and it was delivered a day early.
The item was as described “like new” and 100% functioning, I would buy from them again.

High spec Dell 5300 grade B windows 10 laptop . Excellent value and arrived on time. Very well packaged. Free upgrade to Windows 11 is east to do. You decide on whether to pay for MSFT apps or go for free software.

Easy to do business with, grade A spec is great condition and works perfectly.

Not much point in giving a five star review as you can see all the other great reviews which I thoroughly agree with. The product was exactly as described and the price was good. Set up easy, battery fully Charged.
Delivered a day later than expected but that was down to TNT.

Epic Service from Harry at The Renewed Store. On recommendation from my local Whatzap group I actually drove to them in a panic having dropped a whole mug of tea on the keyboard of my laptop which had flickered and died. I had not taken a back up since February 2023. Harry from The Renewed Store managed to extract all my data from my dead machine and instal it and all my programmes on a renewed laptop from their stock. I was back working in three hours on the machine they sold me at a fraction of the price of a new one. I will never forget this day as I thought I'd lost everything. I can not express how grateful I am to Harry, and The Renewed Store for the most incredible service Imaginable. Totally Trust this team and their machines.
